Had one of the worst drive-thru experiences of my life, Sunday July 16 at around 5pm. The woman at the window was rude and short. As we pulled up the speaker, before we stopped, someone said something we didn’t hear so we ignored it to look at the menu. A second later, with the sound of their microphone pressed against their mouth, asked if we were ready yet. I said yes ma’am and they continued to speak in a normal tone. “what else…what else…what else…pull up” was exactly how the conversation went. She never bothered to tell me how much the order was at the microphone or the window and never spoke an additional word, even as my SO was saying thank you to everything she handed him. No have a good day, nothing. Not to mention when we got home, the food was horrible. I understand it’s Taco Bell but I’ve never had such greasy food. Almost like the machines weren’t clean (we had a quesadilla and crunch wrap supreme). The CWS wasn’t even crunchy and was very mushy.

I took my youngest teenage son and mother here after a rude encounter at Little Caesars on S. Main. There were only 2 employees working (my receipt says cashier-Tonya T), however; they kept the restaurant moving quickly with accurate orders and a friendly attitude. Excellent work!

What a joke… you’ll wait in line for 30 min before you get to the speaker. My advice to corporate: fire them all, start over. There has to be better help out there than this. Don’t even think about ordering inside. They act like you aren’t even there.

This place is so clean and the employees were so friendly. We ordered potato tacos. They were delicious . I was really impressed with how clean the location was. I don’t go to fast food places much but when i do there is always something that I don’t like but this place was really good.

Ordered crunchy tacos Supreme and it didn’t taste well. Took small bite because the grease or meat had a smell and tasted bad. I’m thinking it’s the meat or grease. Idk. This isn’t the only taco bell that has had this nasty taste to it.

Just went to taco bell in archdale. i got 4 chicken quesadillas and 3 freeze drinks during happy hour. i got charged for 10 drinks. i tried to get them to fix it at the window and he said “my manager rang it in”. after paying over 30 dollars for food, i then called the manager at taco bell and she wanted to tell me “we don’t do happy hour”. i come to taco bell very frequently for my kids and i know for a fact they do happy hour and freeze drinks are supposed to be a dollar a piece. i will not be going here anytime soon and JOSLYN the manager needs to be fired.

Food l ordered was good but l had to wait awhile for it. I waited for over 5 minutes for someone to take my order and employee who took it wasn’t apologetic about it either.

One of the better Taco Bell experiences in the Triad. Newly remodeled and updated, with a friendly staff, fast drive-thru, and consistent product. I’m a big fan of anything they have with potatoes, they’re chalupas, tacos, cheesy bean burritos, quesadillas, and of course the Baja Blast soft drink. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.
