the customer service was actually good , the young lady was apologetic about unavailable menu items – but the cinnamon twists were cooked in old grease. you could smell it as soon as they came in the car. and my cheesy fiesta potatoes were forgotten.

Absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to food is always cold nor is it fresh. Unless it’s to get my refund I will not go back to this location. I will drive 20 minutes to Lexington or 10 plus to the location in King. I spent to much money to have food that’s not edible.

Whoever is the opener today 6/18/23 needs to learn customer service. To literally open late and than have the nastiest Attitude over the mic has me completely dumb founded. My husband was trying to order and she wouldn’t let him get the words out his mouth. Then started getting loud with him. We already know that this location pretty much opens late all the time but to hire people that are disrespecful for apparently no reason is such a joke.

My wife and I love Taco Bell and this experience will in no way change that, but we had a slightly bad experience at the University Parkway location today. She ordered “Zero Sugar Baja Blast Mountain Dew” for me over the intercom to a man. At the window, the lady was taking our debit and giving us our food when we saw they were giving us Diet Mt Dew instead of Zero Sugar Baja Blast. My wife asked, “Is that Baja Blast?” The African American man behind her who took our order suddenly raises his voice in an ugly tone, “I heard you say ‘Diet Mountain Dew!'” I quickly speak up and say that diet is fine in order to avoid any problems. I prefer Baja Blast zero sugar, but it really doesn’t matter. But I’m not sure how the gentleman didn’t hear “Baja Blast” and somehow heard “diet” and I don’t appreciate how he spoke to my wife. The taco supremes we ordered were the soggiest tacos we’ve ever had at any Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at in my life since they opened in the 90’s. My wife believes it was grease, but I was so confused that I actually wondered if they had been put under a water faucet. Anyway, she’s probably right, but I’m not sure why or how so much cold grease got onto our tacos. Anyway, I used to give bad customer service years ago when I was stressed out, so I don’t want to be too harsh on the man. As a customer service worker, no, I know he shouldn’t have spoken to us like that. He honestly should have kept his opinion to himself and allowed the woman at the window to address our problem. But, anyway, my wife says she refuses to eat at this location for a long while now.

Service and food was outstanding. The dining room and restrooms were very clean. Food was to temperature range. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning on eating there or if you just want to drop in.

What I love about Taco Bell is their ever-changing menu items, fun collaboration, fun tacos, burritos, chalupas, beans, sides, and great Baja Blast soda. But this location fails when it comes to consistency, customer service, and quality. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

Brenda who operated the drive-thru spoke clearly and slowly. She also didn’t mind repeating herself. Her customer service was very impressive. She kindly started a fresh batch of Nacho Fries for which she requested a mild wait to which I gladly acquiesced. You will also observe that the Cheesy Rice and Bean burrito is wonderfully balanced with a Chipotle Sauce substitution. Not too much bean…not too much rice…not too much sauce… harmony. Good job Brenda at Taco Bell on Summit Pt!

If I could give 0 stars I would, this Taco Bell absolutely sucks, food is always wrong and then can’t get anyone to answer the phone when you call.
