I politely asked for a minute to look at the menu in the drive thru. Someone said sure. They kept rushing me to order even though no one was behind me. It made me feel so bad they kept asking me to order that I told them nevermind and left without food. I asked for the guy’s name he told me Joe. When I went to the window I asked the women who the man was talking to me and she said Johnny. I asked why he spoke that way to me and that it was very rude. She replied “I don’t know he’s my boss”. And shrugged. I’ve never taken time to make a review but this really was disrespectful and I hope others aren’t treated this way.

My order was wrong, I asked for 6 doritos locos tacos supreme no tomatoes and 6 soft taco Supremes no tomatoes I got 12 doritos locos tacos all but 2 had tomatoes. They could not take orders at the drive through because the computer was down so had to go in and while we were waiting for our food one person kept yelling at everyone I’m assuming manager on duty, they ran out of beef and the poor guy trying to keep up with the drive through window and front counter was being yelled at for forgetting to tell the customer they were 86 beef. Then one guy got yelled at for not packing food but being on the clock, there were two people on that line. All fine and dandy until you hear the tone coming from the person yelling. They could of quickly put a note in front of the drive thru lane or on the drive through speaker that said “Out of order, please come inside” but they did not I felt bad for the guy that had to disappoint the customers at the drive through and counter at the same time.

After having to wait 15min after I ordered I end up with 2 burned chicken quesadillas you had one job. Lay of the marijuana if you can’t do your job properly!! They have a 94% rating, do better smfh

Ordered a cravings box with a crunchwrap, bean burrito, and cinnamon twists. Received two burritos and the crunchwrap. Boyfriend ordered a chicken quesadilla and a soft taco. Got the quesadilla but the taco was more like a mini cheese quesadilla. Took forever to get the order despite there not being anyone else in the drive thru or the restaurant. Pretty sure the manager was outside on his cellphone the entire time too.

Taco Bell please DO BETTER. Got a taco supremes meal and all three of my tacos were soaking wet with watery lettuce. The tacos were stuck to the paper and either were old or whoever made them simply diddnt care the tacos were all wet. Also paid for chips and cheese and the chips were mostly broken and crumbs. Whoever worked there tonight diddnt care about the food going out. Watery wet tacos- unacceptable .

I ordered 3 tacos and asked for them to not have cheese due to a severe dairy allergy. I’m not sure what happened but all 3 had cheese which I didn’t realize until after I’d eaten a bite of the first. I had an allergic reaction because of this. I’m incredibly disappointed as it would have been as simple as throwing beef and lettuce in a shell. It wasn’t a miscommunication when ordering either, the words “no cheese” popped up on screen. When I tried to call to ask about a refund as I obviously could not eat the food nobody answered the phone.

Tate forgets the sauces. Apparently a lot. Luckily I check such things or I would have been steamed. I found myself wondering when the last time the windows at the drive thru were cleaned. My pet peave. If you can’t clean a window why should I trust that you cleaned anything else properly. I’ll recheck and re-evaluate. Also, Tate, the tacos were thin on meat. I didn’t pay $2.50 a piece for a happy meal amount of meat.

June 23 messed up everything on my order in the drive-thru a number 6 combo BEEF instead of chicken and the Dr Baja blast zero was never right…sat in the drive thru and the order was so messy after that it was just a mess to eat…use to be good but on that day was really off!
