Years ago, taco bell had a neighborly feeling with great prices and excellent customer service. Resent Changes, so called New and improved Pepsi ideas have minimalised the product selection and inflated price beyond the quality of their selection. Limited staff are stressed and unable to deliver friendly customer service

I did not order food for myself at this location I was working as a DoorDasher picking up a delivery order when I was there. I went there several times that night for several different orders every single time everybody was friendly professional efficient it was quick they knew what to do and what to look for and I was in and out of there fast there was no items missing from any of the orders they did a great job

Xavier is the saving grace of this establishment. They are always kind and in communication about the status of the order. They have common sense and take the initiative to make reasonable substitutions on delivery orders and include coupons. In contrast some employees will be like “We don’t have that!” And just wait for you to take matters into your own hands asking if they can substitute XY or Z when most customers don’t know everything on the menu or what they have in stock at that present moment. One of the younger female presenting supervisors gaslights you when you order the Cheddar Chalupa Combo telling you that it doesn’t exist when it’s advertised right on the menu in order to charge you separately and more for each item. Depending on who’s working all of the ingredients of your Taco may be assembled outside of the shell instead of inside of the shell.
