This was my first visit since the reopening but I did not go inside. I just grabbed something quickly from the drive-thru. Therefore, the atmosphere was a 3 rating to be fair. The service was great. The cashier rang my order up twice to see which way it would be less expensive. I appreciated her doing so. Fast, friendly, and convenient!

Night time management was extremely rude, unwilling to compromise for mistakes from the app (understanding of that, but not his attitude), threatened to call the police on me because when they informed me of their absence of what I ordered I muttered “damn” and was accused of cussing out the employees. I’m actually quite a reasonable person and was absolutely shocked at the response to refuse to substitute the items for LESS EXPENSIVE ones. TERRIBLE service, I would go so far as to say hateful. Unfortunately I’ll never give my patronage to this specific store, which is conveniently located for me.

I’ve been here (tried to at least) three times since they redid the interior. Looks really good. The first time I went the card reader was down. Technical difficulties happen, no worries try again later. Couple of days later, the card reader is working! I order. What comes out is so terribly wrong I don’t think a single piece of my food is involved! After 20 minutes it gets fixed. Foods pretty good too. Third time back. Card reader is down again. I must be super unlucky at this place.
