We went through the drive thru on 8/26 at 10:45 am. We ordered 2 burrito Supremes. Got to the window and my husband asked a question about another burrito and was asked if we wanted the burrito we asked about, we said no, the girl said ok, got our food, wrong burritos, got what we asked about instead. My husband took them back in and asked for the correct ones and the girl at the drive thru started arguing about the order and what we had ordered, another girl had to tell her to shut up. Complete rudeness. Will never go there again.

Very disappointed with my whole experience at this taco bell. The staff was rude, my food looked like they purposely made a mess out of it and when I asked for straws and sauce the person handing the food out had a attitude about it (after I already asked for it once and you’d think having a drink with your order you’d get a straw)

They sometimes forget key things for my miss. She needs taco sauce. We always ask for mild and its gotten to the point we walk in and get the sauce ourselves. Otherwise the store is quite good imo.

. I am updating my review. The food used to be much better here. I buy the cheesy, bean and rice burritos. Lately, the beans taste scorched. The burritos are barely warm. A few times they have forgotten to put the cheese on them and one time they gave me one that had beef on it. I am vegetarian. Also, I have to practically beg to get my receipt. If I am paying with a debit card, I should not have to ask for one.
