I usually order in the app and pick up in the drive thru. They have never gotten my order wrong. The person (I’ll have to look at their name tag next time) who man’s the drive thru during the week around lunchtime is the absolute nicest person. They make me smile every time I come through.

Normally don’t have a problem with this place, but I ordered the new nacho fry platter, paid extra to put chicken in it instead, and they gave me regular nacho fries and a container of cheese. I always enjoy spending my money and not getting what I pay for.

My favorite Taco bell in the eastern panhandle. Salsa verde had very good proportions, as well as all the other food they serve. Staff are friendly and are okay with customizing food. I have yet to hear them say they are out of something. Love this place. Great vibes.

Worst taco ever. They had hardly anything in them. Not even 1/4 full. They didn’t give me any sauce or add onion to my taco. They gave me the wrong drink also. Poor job taco bell. Poor job

Too many kids work there….Since I first came to this location it has gotten worse. They hire kids that screw off right in front of the customers. Also never fail but the refried beans don’t even look edible….Will not go there again unless they start hiring kids that actually give 2 hoots about good food……

Got the Chulupa meal. Both Chalupas were barley wrapped. Went to grab 1 and all I felt was cold, wet, filling laying there. At least make sure there wrapped before you hand it out the window

Okay , I normally don’t do this but here is my review. This place stinks . Quality of service is terrible. Not that Taco Bell is a high end restaurant but they could give you what you pay for . I’ve asked for extra meat and cheese nachos , paid extra and never got what I paid for . I’m done with wasting my money there . Today’s service put the nail in the coffin for me . Ordered a grilled chalupa box and there was two little chunks of meat in each of my items I also ordered nacho bell grande meal for my mother and it had very little toppings on it as well . MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP AND FIX THE PROBLEM!!!

I have never written a review but after my experience at this establishment, I felt that it was necessary. I ordered through the drive-thru and attempted to order “1 single beef chalupa” and “cheesy potatoes”. The response from the worker was unknowledgeable. She asked me twice whether I wanted the #6 chalupa meal and 1 beef chalupa/1 steak chalupa. Both to which I stated no, and I wanted “1 steak chalupa”. She pasted the mic to another worker where he asked the same question. I stated again my order, before asking about the potatoes, and mind you, I had started ordering with no cars in the line and ended the order with 3 cars behind mine. The man understood my request especially since there is a single chalupa option under the “specialty” menu. I was then able to order the cheesy potatoes and received the total. I had no issues until returning home. I indeed received one steak chalupa, but received an order of something I’ve never seen before. I did not receive cheesy potatoes but received an order of what looks to be “refried beans”. Needless to say, no one understood my order and I could not have spoken clearer.
