Terrible. Have gone to this location for many years. Never again. I don’t eat beef, never have. I love Taco Bell for the ability to get bean substitutes on most things. Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch, beans no beef. After taking my second bite, I noticed something tasted off. Looked down only to discover beef lining the bottom of the taco shell. I almost puked. To be that lazy and carless is just sad. Didn’t have time to go back because I’m a teacher and had only a few minutes for lunch. ruined my day. money wasted. I tried calling as well, just to let them know their line cook was doing this, but no answer. What if I had a beef allergy? then it’d be a lawsuit. My only option is to never give that location my business again. I see other terrible reviews about this location so clearly management needs to change.

Poor management. Extremely poor. Family oriented so, literally, if you’re not family you mean nothing. They use workers for speed and accuracy and refuse promotions, unless you’re family. If your late and you’re related that’s ok, life happens. If you’re late and you’re just their “strongest food champion” you’ll have your hours cut the following schedule. Cleanliness? Bring your own essentials unless you’re not thrilled to have someone making your food in the same gloves they ate and smoked cigs in. Find food elsewhere I highly do not recommend working or eating here

Ordered the chicken taco box. Chicken was burnt or old, 5layer burrito had red strips in it, and chalupa was flat and almost empty inside. I just gotta refund. DONT EAT HERE, THEY DONT CARE..

I am back at not liking this location. Ordered a wild cherry freeze with my food, they swiped my card and then said they didnt have freezes available. then said they couldnt refund as they didnt know how. kept trying to offer food and other drinks, Eventually gave 3 dollars out of the register, but that still shorts me 49 cents, plus the tax. This place is going back down to the terrible place it once was.
