Went to pick up a late dinner, been running around all day after work. Placed an online order through the Taco Bell app, and pulled up to get my order since you all don’t close to 1am. It was 12:20am, and the entire staff was hanging outside, talking at their cars. They had closed the drive through completely. So after accepting my online order, I’m going to have to go through the process of cancelling it, and I wasted gas going over there. Might want to change your hours if you’re closing before 1am – especially since you’re still accepting orders online.

The service is always great and the manager is very polite. This is the only taco bell I go to and they never let me down! If there is ever a mixup with my order which is very rare its fixed right away! Kudos to the GM Dre he definitely runs the restaurant very exceptional.

Taco Bell on Timberlake us the bomb! Having lived in NY I love pizza. Within minutes I can eat a very delicious personal pan pepperoni pizza at a reasonable cost. I also had a delicious soft taco supreme which included seasoned beef, chopped shredded cheese, tomatoes & sour cream

The two stars is for hoping I just came on an off day. Otherwise it’s a 0!! Ordered the bread sticks with a Pizza Hut combo. There was almost no seasoning on them and they tasted awful. A far cry from the bread sticks that I’m used to getting here. Also the lady taking drive thru orders obviously didn’t want to be at work that day. Any question i asked was responded to with, “yeah” in a tone that made feel like it was a chore for her to have to have to speak to me. Probably won’t be returning to this location. No I didn’t ask to speak to anyone as I was on my lunch break and pressed for time.
