We came on our way through to Tennessee, food was good and drive thru rolled quick. They did forget one item but when we turned around they replaced it quickly free of charge.

Alright….suffice it to say that I acknowledge and understand the fact that our Taco Bell/KFC, tucked away in our tiny, little hamlet of Marion, VA is terribly understaffed and, from what I can discern, woefully lacking in supportive, productive, and/or effective management. That being said, I will refrain from recounting the specific details of the, decidedly sloppy assembly and anemic ingredient portions of the meal we just received….as such seems to be well-attended in these other reviews I’ve read.

Yay! Taco Bell! Two bean and cheese burritos plus a crunchy taco for me please. Two potato tacos and black beans and rice for the wife. Dr. Pepper fountain drink for me. 37 degrees outside right now. Nice lady behind the counter wondered how I can walk around without a jacket. So I put my jacket on. Clean bathroom with soap and paper towels.

My daughter was interested in something that wasn’t on the big menu (powerbowl?). Regina (I think was her name, sweet lady), knew what she was talking about and was patient even though they were super busy. Food was PERFECT. Very impressed with the service and quality at this location multiple times. Thank you.

Ordered togo and they gave us no utensils or napkins. I also ordered my cheesy fiesta potatoes without sour cream and instead they gave me potatoes swimming in sour cream. Our quesidillas were luke warm after waiting 15-20 mins for “fast food”. The bathrooms were also disgusting- I may need to get a tetanus shot they we’re so bad.

SO kind! Hiking the AT and stopped in 10min to close.. we felt bad when we ended up ordering a TON of food before leaving. Everyone was SUPER nice. Then even offered to keep the tables open for us to eat after they closed down. THANK YOU to the entire staff for being SO friendly and putting smiles on our faces!
