Wow! I saw the 3 STAR rating but thought I would give it a try anyway. We order online, Arrived, the floor is pure oil/grease. I wanted to add something to my order so I went to the cash register. Multiple employees looked over at me but ignored me. Other people were waiting for food orders and looking perturbed. As we excessively waited the employees (4) stood in a circle in the back of the restaurant talking. There were 6 customers waiting inside, I’m unsure how many outside. Within minutes of eating there’s a ruckus in the back and a handful of “M-‘fers” said. I noticed the Taco Bell down the street has 3 stars too, same management? Trash is full!

This place never gets anybody’s orders right. And they’re always making their food sloppily and unpresentable. Then when you take your order back, they have attitudes. Anything that you ask for that’s not as it comes, it’s a problem. But if I pay money for extra, EXTRA is what I am expecting to get! The gentleman today who brought my food out to the car was such a nice one, and there is only one lady there that’s always treated customers with respect, and that’s the lady with the gold in her mouth. She’s the same always and for that reason I’m giving A ⭐️ to the restaurant. Otherwise, this place does not deserve it. It deserves a -!

I was very disappointed in the soft tacos from here. It took forever for them to get our order out to us in any sort of timeliness. We ordered both KFC, for the people who were standing behind us, and Taco Bell for us. They got the KFC out and the people had to come back into the store because they forgot something, and we still had to wait longer for our tacos. There was hardly any meat or cheese on my soft tacos. I think I found four slivers of lettuce as well. The only thing that I was most certain of in the taco was the shell which looked like my thumb was thicker when it was rolled up. The hard tacos that my friend got were definitely full of lettuce and cheese, which was falling out of the top of the shell. They were also out of drink choices as well. I will definitely not visit this store for either of their restaurant’s offerings. A total disappointment.

This place is usually o.k. but not this time. The manager took our order, talked over me and I to repeat my part of the order, didn’t put any of my food in the bag and my wife had to go back and straighten it out and get it. Not a good experience but we’ll go back, hopefully will be better next time.

It was clean, but the staff was not impolite, but not polite but rather stern (brisk) & not the MOST helpful we’ve ever had. We placed our order inside at the cashier (for several items, including chicken nuggets, burritos, drinks, & 3 quesadillas) and asked for sour cream on the side. They advised, there would be an additional fee for the sour cream. Fine. But they did not give us receipt, despite asking. Got our order & saw no sour creams, when we asked, they claimed they put it in the quesadillas. We returned to our car to find that the quesadillas weren’t the kind we ordered. (It was &twenty some dollars)

You will get sick eating here. The food isn’t hot, or fresh. The staff is rude and the prices are so high that it’s insulting. It costs 12 dollars + tax for 2 chalupas and a taco combo. 15 dollars if you want to get a quesadilla combo and a taco. God forbid you want a bottle of water instead of a cup they’ll charge you $2 extra for that luxury… this place is awful. Slow, rude staff, nasty food, make you sick if you eat here. Avoid.
