Can y’all get your employees some reading comprehension classes? I’m not lying when I say EVERY TIME I ORDER something is either completely missing or wrong. Bunch of damn morons here. It’s almost unrealistic. And I’m not waiting another 30 mins for a damn burrito… Even tho I paid for it. It’s like clockwork, I know to expect to get ripped off for about 2 or 3 dollars everytime cuz these mf couldnt read an instruction manual for water.

The experience tonight was very disappointing. We were excited that the Enchatitos were brought back but these were pathetic. They had barely any sauce, having a lot of sauce is one of the main selling points of it, it was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted and it tasted off. I’ve added a photo so you can see how sad this thing looks. They forgot my chips for my chips and cheese dip again, 90% of the time they don’t give any chips so I’m not sure what the problem is at this location, they also put sour cream on an item I said to leave it off. This location is getting worse and worse here lately.

I’m a doordasher. This store is as slow as they come and you can’t get help from employees. I’m constantly waiting 15 minutes or more for my doordash order when doordash orders are supposed to take priority. Our time is literally money where the employees get paid hourly. Waiting that long for an order is ridiculous. And the employees just look at you and don’t even ask if they can help you or if you are there for a pick up. It’s insane. It doesn’t matter if the store is slow or if there are customers. This happens EVERYTIME.

I get 8 quesadillas each visit. I eat one a day for lunch. I just cover with a wet paper towel and set microwave for 1:30 minutes. I grab a Red Bull from the fridge & that’s my lunch. Sometimes I’ll add fruit, sometimes not.

Very quick service time for a short drive through. I’ve been here dozens of times and just a little disappointed by the creeping prices, dropping the value menu, and only getting 6.5 chips with my dipping cheese for $1.99+tax that used to be $1.
