Why a manager charge for combo when. I only ask for the tacos and she also allows them at start making them I never said a combo.and the manager needs to be treated on how to treat customers while people are in the lobby. Retraining employees in all food establishment because they will the CEO and company business and money.get it together.

EVERY single time I have ordered from this place they have not only gotten Mt order wrong, but also somehow made their food so wrong it doesn’t even taste good anymore like other taco bells. As well as any food delivery orders I pick up, they’re always wrong. All I’m saying is, someone just sued taco bell and won just based on the fact that their food didn’t look like the advertisement. I’d recommend you step it up bc I’m extremely unsatisfied. Will be letting people know to avoid that one, and calling corporate.

I ordered Taco Bell for my family through door dash. I was really surprised when a tiny bag arrived. Inside, I was missing over half of my order. It was on the ticket. But my crunchwrap supreme no lettuce, cheesy bean and rice burrito and 5 packs of fire sauce were missing. Oh! And the kicker? I got a cheesy roll up for my dog, and these lovely employees rolled up an empty tortilla (no cheese) There was ONE ingredient. Someone working there was being malicious. It’s ridiculous that someone is getting paid hourly to intentionally screw the customer by wrapping up and EMPTY TORTILLA. Zero cheese. Not only am I done with door dash, This Taco Bell will never get another dollar from me.

Buyer beware. It appears this location is dealing with an insect problem. I found what appeared to be a roach in the bottom of my strawberry freeze drink. When I spoke to the manager she was kind toward me however I did hear her express frustration at trying to get the bug people to come spray for weeks. Also, I did contact the health inspector and am awaiting news of their investigation. Unfortunately as far as upper management/corporate resolution, I feel the buck has been passed. It has been more than a week with no real acknowledgment of wrongdoing or failure to ensure cleanliness during a public health emergency. I did receive a call from a rather rude insurance claim specialist who lacked empathy and basic customer service skills. After a verbal disagreement and him raising his voice, I had to end the call and haven’t been reached out to since. I will also follow up with the BBB so that the public is made aware and can have the choice to dine elsewhere until this location can show it is up to basic health code standards. It is unsettling how a pregnant woman with such a valid claim and proof of the incident has been disregarded during a time where public health risks are at an all time high.

They always get my order wrong. ****And I saw an awful incident on October 31st in which one of the crew started fussing out the customers and even followed one of them to their car to threaten them. The manager an older female was trying to hold her back when she was fussing at a customer but didn’t fire the crew member on the spot. I don’t want anyone to lose their job but that was ridiculous.
