Horrible service. So I walk up to the door to go in and place my order and eat and out of nowhere this worker says ma’am your gonna have to go else where and I ask why? They didn’t say a word and shrugged and rolled ther eyes and walked away. Then I get up to the counter and the lady there says “tell me the order now” and I just say my order wich was nacho fries and then she just gets the receipt and gives it to me. So I wait and wait and wait in till after 25 minutes or so I finally get my order and it looked horrible, the fries were cold and the cheese was bland and very odd looking light yellow. So please Taco bell please have some respect.

They said in drive thru they cant make a mexican pizza because “the screen” is down but they can make everything else. Weird. Makes no sense. If your system is down you shouldn’t be able to make anything. Do they need a tutorial on how to make something they have already made 10000 times? Im headed to a less lazy taco bell.

This is the worst place ever. No good customer service and I paid for completely the wrong order. Nothing in my bag was mine. Called three times and was hung up on. When I got there the manager did not ask what happened with no concern or interest. While his other coworker smiled and explained and apologized the manager just held his head down and refunded my money without a word said. I thought the other guy was the manager because of his actions. I drove back to this location from Hampton with something that could have been taken care of over the phone if they didn’t keep hanging up on me. I have never seen such terrible customer service. No apologies for something they did wrong or never tried to make it right. Bad business! If companies want to survive please be more cautious of who you hire to run your business. Cause with this I don’t care attitude run businesses down. I left and went to the Taco Bell by the mall where the customer service is excellent. I wish no stars was an option.

I get it. 2 days after Xmas and you don’t wanna serve people. It’d be easier if you just said, “Hey! Doing this sorta work is beneath me and I really don’t feel like dealing with you!” Then I’d pull off, drive away and take my business elsewhere. But instead you told me what I was ordering when I asked for a change on one of the items no confirmation just an u enthusiastic “What else?” Got to the window, at least the guy taking the money was more polite but he repeated the order with the item I changed. I corrected him and told him that I changed an item. The change was even listed on the receipt. When I got the food and opened the box to no surprise, the very thing I asked to changed was still there. Asked for the manager and got my money back. No wonder the parking lot and the drive-thru is always empty. Horrible service.

I don’t often review fast food chains, but this place deserves it. It’s a Taco Bell/KFC combo location first off, which is nice. Honestly one of the cleanest and most welcoming fast food places I’ve been to in a while. Counter staff was friendly and got my order correct no problem. The food was hot and fresh and very well made. My partner has the best bean burrito she’s had in a long time and I got big fat juicy chicken tenders. Even the bathroom was clean and brightly lit. 10/10 Taco Bell right here.

Every time I choose this Taco Bell, I regret it. Every. Single. Time. Apparently, assembling food even half-way correct is rocket science. Things cost too much now to accept a half-hearted product such as this. We won’t be making this mistake again.
