Very disappointed. Took my kids thru drive-thru. My small boys only like burritos with only meat & tomatoes. So I ask for a simple burrito like the bean & ch. burrito but with just beef & tomato. The guy says yeah I got you. & I ordered 2 taco supremes & a little nacho bel grande & a thing of pintos & cheese for the baby. Almost $30 just for that. I look at the receipt. The goober charged me for 2 big beef Supreme burritos & took everything out of them except for beef & tomato. Almost $5 a piece for those tiny things. I asked him, “Couldn’t you have picked a cheaper, easier burrito to do for the only beef & tomato? He looked at me like I fell off a truck, confused & he replied “I don’t know” see taco bell, this is one reason we don’t go to taco bells anymore, get your pothead out of the windows. The pintos & cheese looked like someone just pulled a tbsp of refried beans from a can & plopped it in the bowl & microwaved a little cheese on top. Such a sticky clump. The same for the bell grande. Clump of beans, a tiny bit of cheese & I think there was some meat on there maybe a tiny bit. So disappointed. I was actually looking forward to taco bell. Not doing that again.

This Taco Bell is superior to many of the others in VB! I have never had bad food or service from here! All these bad reviews got me wondering if y’all were nice to the employees? I come here with a smile and patience and I’m never disappointed! The steak quesadilla is always on point! The staff is always nice & always ask if want sauce. I love coming to this location and will continue to do so!

Got our order wrong after having to repeat ourselves 3 times for almost every thing we ordered, we paid for extras and didn’t get extras, meat and cheese poured out of the wrappers and was all around our tacos, very messy and the woman taking our order had us repeat ourselves multiple times for almost every item. I used to work at a Taco Bell, never messed up like this! Not happy at all.

This taco bell was actually clean! The food was great as well, I would of gave a higher score but with my wife and two grandchildren and myself sitting down to eat we didn’t care to hear the staff bickering over what someone did or didn’t do to please who ever was the one with the salty language, so it was okay as we will not come to this taco bell in the future.

When I got home and opened the bag, I realized they gave me mild sauce instead of diablo. The rest of the order was right though. I’d still go back again, I’ll double check my order before leaving the drive thru next time.

It’s taco bell so the food is ok, some is great. I ordered potatoes and cheese, my potatoes were hard as a rock . However I did dokie dash soooo maybe they just got cold !?

The worst Taco Bell in the 757. Would give it 0 stars if I could. I got the taco combo with 3 tacos no lettuce. The attached pictures show there was very little to no meat in them. I asked to talk to the manager and they told me that was the proper portion of meat. I asked if they were being serious because surely this had to be a joke. They said I had an attitude, refused to give me a refund, and insisted that if they remade them they would have the same amount of meat. This isn’t the first time they had done this to me either. I used to eat there once a week because it is the closest Taco Bell to my work, but now I avoid it like the plague.

Forgot my sauce even after asking what kind I want, grilled one of my soft tacos even though I didn’t ask for it. Cheese sauce on the side is $1 which is outrageous.

Wow I do not recommend no one to eat from Holland Road Taco Bell. The manager I believe her name is Tori she was talking to her employee in a way that no manager should talk to a employee. If those young men was my child I would’ve had the news there in 10 mins. You never know who your customers know. I asked her, her mane and she refuse to give me her name said that she didn’t have to give out that information. But another nice lady was recording her when it was all happening. I hope she post it because managers like that doesn’t deserve that type of position. She will reap what she sow

The food has gone down hill over the past year. DON’T BUY THE CHICKEN IT’S DRY, HARD, AND NO TASTE. The rest of the food is Sloppy preparation, small portions, if you dine none of the soda work except cherry Pepsi and Mountain Dew. Hard to find clean table, and dining area is ether way too hot or to cold. It feels like they don’t like dine in because they ignore you. This use to be the best tacobell in the are now it’s the worse.
