Ordered meal on the app, took about 7 minutes to get to the store and still had to wait over 10 minutes. There was also 1 person ahead of me who had to wait over 15 minutes for 3 tacos. Tables and front counter looked like they were wiped with dirty rags. Watched the person making some of the food and she was slower than molasses. Took her nearly 2 minutes to make a single bean burrito. Ordered 1 soft taco, Mexican pizza, and a beefy 5 layer burrito, no sauce packets, with a large drink and cinnamon twists. When my order was finally up, they put it on the pick up shelf and didn’t call it out or give me a cup. Also had over a dozen assorted sauce packets that I didn’t want or need. Had to spend a couple more minutes trying to get my cup. Soft taco had gross tortilla, twists were hard as rocks. Terrible experience.

Servers weren’t friendly at all. The tablet to order the food was confusing but challenging for the non geeks. Food was much better compared to the Taco Bell at Dallas International Airport, which gave us the run for the money

Had my food delivered. No place to order sauce. Ordered Mexican pizza no meat, add onion and lettuce. Received in time, driver was great. You didn’t give me a discount for no meat, most expensive item on your menu. You did charge me for the onion and lettuce. There was none. I called and called my local restaurant. It rang off the hook, except for 2X. They answered and slammed the phone down without saying anything.

How do you take so long but get the order wrong…and the fact I wait 30 to 40 minutes in line is crazy. The operator didn’t even say the price. And if I waited 30 to 40 minutes imagine have long the people before me waited. Like do better.

This place has gone downhill so much within the last year. The staff are very rude when it comes to customers in house and especially to delivery people (DoorDash, GrubHub,etc.). The wait time is around 30-45 mins per order, and it seems to be worse in the evening. The prior staff seemed to all have quit and this newer staff seems to not care about their quality service. I wish this place could be back to what it used to have been.

The food was good but service was terrible!! We had to wait almost a full half hour I believe after we ordered our food! The nacho cheese cups looked like they were about running out. They had such a little amount in them. If you have plenty of time to wait you’ll be ok!!

I’m not really sure why I bother going to this taco bell anymore. Nearly every time I go through the drive thru I’m waiting for 30ish minutes. The same thing happened this time and my food was all bad. The crispy part of the mexican pizza must’ve been by the cinnamon twists because it tasted weirdly of cinnamon and the rice in my cheesy bean and rice burrito was obviously undercooked because it was crunchy. While we were waiting at the drive thru window to get our food, we waited for nearly 10 minutes just there and none of the employees acknowledged us or mentioned why it was taking so long. Next time I’ll drive to the further away taco bell and pray that its better.

Food is always tasty here. If you make large orders, check to ensure you receive your full order as they tend to leave out items often. Service isn’t great; you’ll likely stand there a good 10 minutes being looked at and ignored until someone finally acknowledges you. For fast food, the pricing is a little high, but of course, that’s chain wide.
