i always have the worst experiences at this location. they’re always out of ingredients and the employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing. i feel bad as they’re probably understaffed, but i never have problems with the taco bell on north battlefield, so i’d rather go out of my way to drive there than attempt to order at this location

There tacos are ALWAYS skimpy. There never barely any meet. This is my $3 taco that I paid extra for to barley get any meat. It’s always like this. Something needs to be done. Get new employees or just add more meat it’s not hard.

The WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever set foot in. It’s a combo store, TB/KFC. If you’re not ordering a bucket of chicken, don’t bother. Slow, employees have NO IDEA how to properly assemble a TB order. They don’t even seem to have any real proficiency with their own odering system. The counter employee couldn’t find a simple burrito button, in less than 3mins at a time. I’ve worked in a few TBs…it’s not that difficult to locate the buttons in the register. The orders will be wrong, cold, and they’ll act like they have NO idea what they did wrong. Go to a different spot if you want TB…plenty of good ones around. But this place absolutely sucks.

I ordered the 2 chalupa Supreme tacos and asked them to replace the crunchy taco with a soft taco Supreme. I’ve ordered this before through the mobile app and never had a problem, but for some reason, the order was wrong this time. My partner got all of his food correct, but mine wasn’t the correct order.
