Soooo, I decided to come to this location for my dinner instead of cooking tacos myself and I would have been better off making tacos myself. First, there was no mild sauce in my bag. I had to reask for that. Then I pulled off not realizing I didn’t even get my drink, had to go inside and get that. Then I get to my destination to eat my suprem tacos and they sloppy and missing tomatoes. Thank you for showing me that spending $20 at your location wasn’t worth it..

The guy who took my order and gave me my food had the personality of a pet rock. The food was great. It was quick and easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I used the drive-thru so I don’t know what the atmosphere was like but I’m sure. Is the same as all of the other Taco bells out there.

Received very very over cooked and dried out potatoes for the spicy potatoes soft taco. We were very disappointed with the food that day. Check your food before you leave the property.

Lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and confrontational with me. Instead of working toward a resolution she insisted that I get back in a long drive thru line just to get the food that she had in front of her. She had a disgusting attitude and 0 customer service skills. I would say that perhaps Taco Bell needs to raise their pay in order to get quality team members, however traveling to the Taco Bell on Richmond Rd, I have not had this experience.

Worst Taco Bell. Spent $30 for burnt quesadillas, a soggy deluxe box and the new nacho fries that had literally 8 soggy fries in a small container that was put inside the proper sized container? I wasn’t expecting the best meal ever- I mean it’s taco bell. But come on- completely ridiculous how bad it was.

They completely restored the building. It looks good on the outside. I always go through the drive through. Fast and efficient service. Excellent prices. It seems they shorten their menu. It’s good. It’s clear. In my opinion most fast food chains have shrunk their portions. I haven’t noticed a change with Taco Bell. I highly recommend this store. I have been a customer for many years because my job is near and their prices are fair. Great service.

Waited 20 minutes at the front counter as staff continued walking by listening to rap music peeking around from drive through to see how long I would wait before ordering from the computers on the wall… I can’t see well so I like to order from a person…… after 30 min I ordered from the computer and typed all this before my order could even be made… all for a quick bite…. store is also empty only one eater and one waiting. Drive through has 2.. still waiting… phew … sad… carry on.. 4 staff even manager came to the computer and ignored me not even looking! Unbelievable….
