Stopped in here to get some Tacos since I was at the car wash next door. Since it was in the early afternoon there were no customers in the restaurant at the time but at the drive thru. The staff was friendly and they were quick, we were in and out in maybe 5 minutes. The seating area was clean with no trays or trash on the tables or floor.

The manager on shift (the cashier name on the receipt was “Blessings”) was absolutely outstanding. We had two very long orders and she remained patient and understanding the entire time. Did not make neither I or the other person feel rushed in anyway. She had no idea that we were both having a rough day and was a beautiful ray of sun shine, making us laugh. Since the two of us had long orders it was taking some time and a car behind us drove out of line and up to the window. We both immediately felt guilty for taking so long and she was quick to reassure us that it was not a problem. That was the most pleasant experience at any Taco Bell or any fast food restaurant I’ve been to. She got our order perfect the first time around and it came out so quickly we were worried it would be missing some thing, much to our surprise it was spot on! Not a single thing wrong with the order. I commend the kitchen staff as well. I will continue to go to this Taco Bell only, for her and her presence. I will never forget her, that is how much of an impression she left!!

People here are rude as can be, the service is the slowest in the area, and food is below par. They constantly shut down the lobby because they can’t handle actually getting business. Obviously the employees aren’t being trained properly maybe becuase the managers aren’t pushing their team? All I know is I saw 3 employees come from behind the dumpster and it smelt like straight weed. I get it I used to work fast food but if it’s affecting business maybe corporate needs to step it up.

The lady that took our order was so patient and nice, and we felt so bad but she kept reassuring us that it was okay and to just get what we wanted. We did two orders and in the process of placing the order a car in line behind sped pass us and went to the window to see if we were actually placing an order. I could barely process what was happening but the woman handled it so professionally and once again we felt so bad but she reminded us we were spending our own money so to once again get what we want. So we ended our order then we paid for the food and she was very patient with that as well since once again it was two orders.

Shout out to the ladies who were running ship tonight 4/6/23! Line wrapped around the building, short staffed and yet still managed to keep grade A customer service and smiles on their faces. This is the best Taco Bell I have been to; from Garrisonville, Warrenton, Manassas, to Culpeper. The good was fresh, hot and well made; the employees fun, energetic and polite. Only 4 stars for atmosphere because I went drive-thru, but even the parking lot was clean.
