I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a mobile order for Rachel… I paid to swap the meat from beef to chicken for all 3 entrees. NOT A SINGLE ONE had chicken. Plus I didn’t get any of the sauces that I asked for and only 1 straw for 2 drinks(to make matters worse, the girl at the window looked at me like I was crazy for asking her for another straw)!!! Come on people.. it’s such a simple order! … Literally the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too!!

Management is very kind classy and patient. Manager had a new hire that made a error that made me wait and extra 3 minutes. They all handled the mistake very properly, informed me of the problem and made sure I was okay with situation. Then the Manager assisted the new hire through the error. I really could appreciate the temperament of everyone in this restaurant great job to everyone and food was delicious still

I’ve attempted to go thru drive thru and order a deluxe craving box. All other taco bells I’ve been to they always swap out the ingredients. However, there was a young girl at the window she was very rude tone/attitude. She couldn’t give out her name whatsoever. When I asked her about swapping some of the ingredients she denied my request and told me she couldn’t do it very rudely. It’s a shame because this Taco Bell is closest to my house. At least Taco Bell up in courthouse road was able to accomadate my order and is better with customers!!!

The young man manning the register (sorry I failed to get his name) Tuesday late evening around 10 pm was extremely polite and helpful. He went out of his way to make his customer (us) happy. Taco Bell food is what it is. After 10pm there are not that many vegetarian choices. I did not give it five stars because of the quality of food. This Taco Bell is off of I-95 exit 126 in Fredericksburg, Va.

Food portions compared to other Taco Bells I’ve been to are often smaller, everyone is nice and friendly, but the lobby is often not as clean as compared to other Taco Bell restaurants.

Taco Bell is off our list of places to go. A few years ago, Senior drinks were no longer offered for free… and the price of entrees has increased significantly, to compare with seated restaurants. So, we won’t be going back!
