It’s fast food tacos and they were good. The place is clean and the counter staff attentive. The self-service drink station was cleaned twice while we ate. The attendant even cleared our tray from the table when we finished. The prices have gone up significantly since we last ate at a TB. At over $20 for a simple lunch for two it’s expensive.

I order carry out from this location (only out of convenience) for my wife, but I think today is the last straw. I am not sure I’ve EVER had my order filled correctly, there are always missing items and it’s absolutely infuriating. I should not have to inventory my order every time I go before I pull out of the drive through! Today on a mobile order for “Glen” THREE items were missing, and that’s after I didn’t get all the sauces on the order and when I asked for them I got an annoyed look from the person at the window. I would rather drive out of my way to order somewhere else at this point.

Tonight I placed an order expecting heaven to be picked up the same way my midnight cravings have always been satisfied. Your store at 543 Emancipation Hwy did not only forget to give me all and ANY of the sauces I requested, but also skimped me on an entire $7 Nachos Bell Grande.

On the app, I ordered three Beefy Crunch Burritos. I removed some of the sour cream and added beans. Somehow, two of the three burritos I received were missing beef. How were only two of them wrong when all three were the exact same? How could you leave out an ingredient that is literally 33% of the name? I am absolutely baffled.

I used the drive thru, they ALWAYS short My order. I order a combo’s so it should easy. But no, I expected 2 chalupas and got 1, plus taco. The sign says 2 chalupas and taco Supreme. Sounds good until I get home.

Update 6/2023 – Last update as this is our last visit to this location for sure. 7 out of 9 times they messed up our orders in last few months. You are reading it right, those much careless their staff and employees are (and of course managers in my opinion). I started feeling now Either they are doing this purposefully or really they have zero morale on making anyone’s order correct. I feel escalating this to a main corporate would help them and the customers. Like others said gave enough chances to them to improve but moving on is the only option and go to some other location.
