I know Taco Bell isn’t the most consistent restaurant, but this one certainly is. Consistently bad, I mean. Every time I think “maybe one more chance”, I regret it. Whether it be a lack of substance in my food, the food is old/dry, or the flavor just somehow sucks, it’s always a bad time. Don’t eat here.

I really wanted to like this place. I went here with my family five of us total. Our order had several errors. All the burritos were wrapped in the same wrapper and not labeled. No way to know what was in each until we opened each one. They didn’t give us our cups at the pickup window. Instead we had to go back to the cashier line to explain that we needed cups this kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. We tried a margarita. But when it accidentally spilled the employees just looked at us. No offer to help. Just watched as we wiped up the mess. Oh well it’s Taco Bell.

This location is a Taco Bell Cantina, which means they serve alcohol and have a more modern vibe. There’s no drive thru so hopefully you can find street parking. What sucks is the service. Most of the time the staff looks like they couldn’t care less about being there and will not even acknowledge you if you’re there. This is especially frustrating if you’re there to pick up a mobile order because they tell you to go to the front and no one is ever at the front. This is clearly seen by the staff members, but like with everything else here, they don’t care. The taco sauce bins are never refilled and the lids for the cups are sticky. It’s sad because this could be a great Taco Bell if it wasn’t for the overall vibe of not giving a damn. This reflects in the food too; anything fried tastes like the oil needs changed. And some of the ingredients just don’t taste right.

Honestly probably the worst Taco Bell ever. I have never gotten an order correct here and have ordered several times. Ordered a chicken chipotle melt and got a literal chicken strip. If I remember right it’s suppose to be grilled chicken??? Manager was beyond rude and other than 1 employee with the bottom up shirt, everyone stood around and did nothing to help. I have been in the F&B industry for over 15 years and I would never talk to a guest the way the manager spoke to people tonight, not me personally however loudly enough for everyone to hear. On top of that she called the cops to waste both their and more of our time waiting for them to tell her you have zero grounds as your hours of operation are until 2am. ( this being 11:15pm by the way) Grow up or get out of the industry. It’s not made for the thin skinned and you clearly are not ready for the responsibilities… I would never want to risk someone’s financial security however this is not the job for you young lady… get out while you can and before you negatively impact more guest and employees experience and lives.

Have ordered from here before with no problem until recently. My order had basically nothing in it. I was surprised. I ordered supremes but they were not at all supreme. I called and when I asked if it was a mistake, they hung up on me. Called back to talk to manager who could not have been more rude telling me that theres nothing wrong.
