3rd time going and it was fine. Some of the food you could tell wasn’t just made while others were. Chalupa shell and nacho fries had been sitting just by the temp once I got them. Cinnamon twist were the worst I ever had, something about whatever they were fried in left a chemical taste on them. Everything else was taco bell quality. It was food

Absolutely the worst taco bell in the area. Twice this week I’ve placed an order on the app for pick up both times showing up 20 minutes after it was placed.

There was long wait after placing the order. We waited about 20 minutes plus to get our food. Finally, the food arrived and there was a hair inside the food. When I asked for replacement, the front desk guy was rude and he didn’t even apologize. They just didn’t care about their customers. #wasteoftime #hair

I live close so I thought this would be a quick grab and go in the busy Saturday we had going on. Nope. Waited in line for ever. Then had to wait for them to bring the food to my car. Suprise! Missing a taco had to go back through the drive through. As the lobby rightfully is closed. Also no hot sauce, no straw and if you see the pic the lack of ingredients was the same or worse than this one. I have seen more ingredients in an empty box. 10/10 not going back to this one. I will drive a bit further in the future to the other one down the road. Spent $20+ on this garbage.

Sorry to see the old one go, but the new facility is even nicer. Iht improvements on the drive through. The crew was friendly and kept the line moving. Food was good, liked the new Fiesta Veggie Burrito. ETA: Google asked for an update, so her goes: stopped by after midnight and found them crew friendly and on top of things, order was perfect and the food was really well prepared (cheesy bean and rice burritos can be tough to get right, these were outstanding).ETA: tried the kiosk inside, very easy to use, modify items, or filter by vegetarian options!

This Taco Bell has to give the worst service ever. Twice my girlfriend and I have ordered a box of taco Supremes, and both times they were made with absolutely no care at all. Some had almost no sour cream or no meat very sloppy and cold both times today December 6. We did an online order and upon arrival 10 minutes after the time that was given it would be ready, they didn’t have the order at all. They told us that we did not place an order at that location then miraculously it popped up. I don’t think I will eat here again.
