Disappointing. The box to give to an order gave no response after several minutes and me asking Hello? I ordered at the window to pay. My Power Bowl has little appeal whatsoever. This is what it looked like after I scooped rice to the side to see if anything else was in the dish. I’ll avoid this Taco Bell from now on. Sorely disappointed despite the manager doing her best to make it right which took about 15 minutes from the time I walked in. They’re out of tomatoes, the black beans are a scalding mush and somehow the redo still lacks appeal.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Always get cold food, extremely greasy tacos that are halfway out of their bags. Ended up getting grease in my car because they handed me a bag that was leaking. Lights are off sometimes where they say they’re closed and they are not. Going to go to corporate and complain since this is a non stop thing, not going to this location anymore after my experience.

Friendly, quick service. Visited on a Thursday 4pm. Food was as expected. The facility could use a revamp desperately. This is a KFC & Taco Bell in one. The drive thru services both, you can order from both menus in one order.

DO NOT EAT HERE ANYMORE. Must be under new management. Waited an hour in the drive through. Order completely wrong and tasted terrible. Even tho I live a minute away and I love Taco Bell and KFC I will never be stopping here again even though I’ve been coming here for 6 years. The extra hour drive to Germantown and back is well worth it.

I very rarely actually leave a review, especially a negative one. I usually just write it off as a bad day for someone. But this place is consistently terrible. The service is typically subpar and exceptionally slow when there is no one there. My orders are always incorrect or have very weird executions. I frequently order bean burritos add sour cream and I frequently just get a cup of sour cream on the side. The first couple times I figured, okay, maybe I should communicate more clearly, I have probably taken for granted that most people just assume I mean IN the burrito. But that last few times, to include today, after trying to specify I would like sour cream added IN my burrito, I still just got a cup. I suppose this is a trivial matter, it there is just something always wrong when I go here, so much so I usually just drive an extra ten minutes to the better one.

DONT COME HERE. They take your receipt so you can’t get a refund or put in a bad review with your order number. saw it happen to the guy in front of me after he waited 45 min for his food and requested a refund. They only has pepsi. They don’t have straws, napkins, utensils, sauces for their patrons only if you ask

Last few times, our drive thru orders have been horrible here. Tonight actually spoke with the mgr, etc that the nacho cheese sauce we requested and paid extra for was left out last time & if they can add it & NO shredded cheese….pic speaks for itself but had to write this…hope things change.. won’t be coming back though.

Ordered through delivery 2 burritos and both burritos only had red strips and nothing in it. And ordered a taco pack asked for crunchy. Got 5 crunchy and the rest soft also asked for no lettuce and they all had lettuce and extra shells. And missing our drinks

Anyone working the counter dealing with customers should be able to speak and understand English. Took seven minutes trying to place an order due to the person taking the order, did not understand English. After several attempts trying to explain that I wanted the burritos grilled, a manager was called. The manager was able to process the order. Ended up leaving when they tried charging me for items I didn’t order because they were out of items I requested. It should be a policy to let the customer know if items are going to be substituted and not just automatically add it and charge the customer for something they didn’t order. A simple “we don’t have that item, is this ok?”
