Wanted to try the experience here, but was told the system is down. I pulled around the drive thru and noticed quite a bit of cars and people being served inside. I went inside, and the cashier is taking orders, I ask if your system is down she replied “no what can I get you” I asked “Is the drive thru down” she said “no there goofing around cause the have no cars”. I decided to decline the offer for her assistance to purchase food from this location. I remember the location from 15 years when my pops were alive. Whelp Burger King it is (only because it is the closest.

System Down In Drive Threw, So Me And 3 Other Cars Were Told To Come Inside To Order. We All Have To Use Sticky Kiosks Machines. Food Was Fast & Hot So I Ate In The Car, Got Home And Started Throwing Up Tacos. I Believe This Food Site Needs To Be Check Out Completely !!!

They could do better with not ignoring customers. 5people from the back will mind their own business while their is a crowd of customers waiting. Plus the wait time after ordering is insanely long. Mold in some places too.

I recently moved around the corner here and have come everyday since. Tonight was the first time I had an issues. They drive thru cashier was incredibly rude of the bat. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence! I couldn’t even finish my order and had to leave.

I read all the horrible reviews and I wanted to judge myself. But they was right on the 1 star this time. Food was horrible, quesadilla was dry meat was chewy for the steak. Ordered hot sauce got mild, ordered a freeze got no drink, ordered creamy jalapeno sauce got chipotle. Not even to mention took over an hour to get 5min away. Bag came opened with doordash bad enough to where the lady was like I didn’t open it that’s how they gave it to me. Shoot doordash driver even said never order from here.

I ordered the grilled cheese double steak burrito first I didn’t get a receipt and didn’t notice until I got home they didn’t even give me what I ordered I got a regular beef burrito I tried to call no answer so I had to write a review and as you can see this isn’t steak there’s no cheese or jalapeños on the outside I paid for what is a premium burrito and didn’t get it

Slowest Taco Bell in the world. Don’t even know about my order despite ordering in advance, paying in advance, taking 15 minutes to get there, and they’re confused. Then they take 30 minutes to microwave some cheap beef.

Drive through is a bit tight, drive through attendant is nice and pleasant compared to previous ones, its a new Taco Bell and has a great interior.
