I never write reviews but this got me heated so I’m making an exception. I understand Taco Bell is not fine dining and it serves its niche purpose. I pulled up at 110 in the drive through and had a prompt saying they were closed when the car in front of me had the same prompt and just got served. I get it…. It’s late but it’s a dang Saturday and that’s key taco bell business hours and it says open till 2…. Service extremely slow. Cashier did not communicate professionally and was extremely rude. I asked for hot sauce and was not acknowledged she just took her sweet time to get sauce and then put it the bag without so much as a nod or any human interaction. Food was thrown together and the tacos were wet and soggy. I order a soft taco and got a hard taco that was dripping in some liquid that was not meat grease. Highly unprofessional and would not visit until a change of staff or management issues are addressed.

Just another store that doesn’t understand the point of door and dash. Having to get in line for 15 minutes when the customer has already made their order online to avoid this ridiculous line here at Taco Bell is the point of door dashing. The manager wants to tell me that this is their policy. Well I’m sorry sir this is not your McDonald’s. If you actually learn something from McDonald’s, it’ll be to give the order to the Dasher at the window especially if the orders are ready prepared so that it’s not getting cold it defeats the purpose of DoorDash in. Get with the program.

Horrendous place, the front girls are nasty. Didn’t want to take my order, I use the order machine. Ask for sauce, she practically threw it in my hands. Ate my food and told my kids to finish quickly, I was afraid!!! Please beware of this place.

A decent taco bell to go to. Not recommended to dine in here. When I come here I always order takeout due to limited seating and not a very clean inside.

The service wasn’t bad I guess but how can someone go from smoking to preparing food and then you surcharge people for things that we don’t receive. I asked and paid for rice and there wasn’t ANY in ANYTHING.

4/27/2023 8:26 pm… the cashier at the window is arguing with another team member about making freezes that they are standing in front of. A team member thats is on break is having to come off break and make drinks. The line is arguing with the hispanic woman behind the counter!!! They are ignoring the customers!!!! Get it Together

When i returned to my hotel and opened the bag my taco was unwrapped and contents were all over the bag. Disgusting. I threw it out and got something else to eat. I’m in the process of posting to Facebook, Google Maps, etc on how disgusting this Taco Bell is.
