This location has been flooding for the past 2 months I wonder if the owner does visit this location. Why would you have a plumbing issue for that long without fixing it. You can hardly find your way in to this location. I advise corporate to visit this location because it’s not being managed well. This location got order business beside them flooding their parking lots. Please something needs to be done before you all run out of business. The lady there didn’t want to give a contract of the owner out. If something is not done I will call the health department to visit this location.

I ordered food on the app for drive thru pickup. When I arrived and gave my name at the drive thru speaker, I was told I needed to park my car and come inside; they said they didn’t want the timer that monitors order fulfillment to be increasing while I waited for them to make my food. I told them, no, I chose drive-thru pickup because it’s raining and I didn’t want to get out of my car. Their response was that they weren’t giving me my food that I had already paid for — that I had to go into the app and request a refund. Worst employees ever. I’ll never go back to that Taco Bell.

I just had my car cleaned I am a busy mother and I went to this taco bell for something fast, it was not fast! And they have flooded nasty smelling water just after you get your food from the window, my car is dirty now and I lost my appetite.

What can I say. Tacos. Who doesn’t love Tacos. These are commercial Tacos. Not as good as the old Tippy’s Tacos, but very tasty. Wide assortment of meals, including breakfast burrito. Ugh. I had the Taco Supreme and enjoyed them. Nice clean establishment.

Food was very good. Service was very slow. It seemed like they prioritized the drive-thru over the front counter. Went back again, and had the exact same experience. The lady at the front counter was trying to cover both the inside counter, AND the drive-thru, and walked away to handle the drive-thru instead of taking my order.

Just left Taco Bell at 8428 Baltimore Ave., College Park MD 20740 @ 6:10:41PM buying drinks for the individuals I work with. Three frozen drinks, I was told they cost $3.18. to be sure I asked again and again was told yes $ 3.18 but, when I got to the window (Steven) Cashier Ernest A. is what he said his name was, also the manager he said. Told me my total was $10.46. Excuse me the girl on the mic just said $3.18. (Steven) Cashier Ernest A. well happy hour over. Ok but, we asked twice. (Steven) Cashier Ernest A., close and walk away from the window. When another young lady come to ask if we still want our drinks . I ask ( Steven) Cashier Ernest A. aren’t you supposed to honor what was quoted he says my district manager is going to wanna know why I gave it to you. Ok well what is your district managers name and number because you are rude. (Steven) Cashier Ernest A. , yeah ok, his name Hakim and I can’t give you his number. Well. Hakim or whoever the district manager is here at this Taco Bell (Steven) Cashier Ernest A. Clearly needs to be retrained. You would think being well over 20 yrs old he would know better and how to talk to people but, he doesn’t. And, yes just to be clear it wasn’t about the money my individuals did get their drinks. The service at this Taco Bell is terrible and I’d give 0 stars if I could. They consistently give me the wrong order (and have made me throw away food) and treat customers extremely rudely. The customer service needs to be improved dramatically. I come in for my cheesy gorditas doritos crunch taco and leave with the wrong taco and my day ruined
