Absolute waste of money. My food was cold, the cheese on my quesadilla was not melted. I ordered potatoes with no sour cream and they were loaded with it. My cinnabon delights were hard as bricks and had no filling left inside (not even 1 of the entire 12 was edible). Out of 7 items only 1 burrito was hot and made right. Never again. I will drive the 10 extra minutes to Waldorf or over the bridge to the King George location.

This is the only Taco Bell location that actually gives me all my food fresh, made correctly with my modifications and gives me all the sauces I ask for. I received an extra taco today and I just hope all the employees have an amazing day ❤️ I will be back again soon!

There’s not much to say really, it’s a taco bell. But, this is the best taco bell in the area. The touch screens make it very easy to order food. I’m a picky eater, so I like the option to go through and customize everything. It also makes it easier to see their quite big menu. Food is always hot and the little interaction I have had with staff has been pleasant.

we placed our order. it came to around $25. NEVER AGAIN. I REPEAT NEVER AGAIN. we had to wait for over a half hour for our order. then we asked to get money back. the manager Tanika was so pitiful she didnt even know how to do that. she had to call someone to tell her jow to do it

I went to Taco Bell in La Plata, MD to buy food for myself and my two friends. We get there and place our order in the drive through and everything was good. We get to the window and they tell me the price and it was way higher than what it said on the screen. I said whatever and paid for it. So then we got our food and it’s missing three items we ordered. We also ordered sour cream on the side for our meal and they just throw an empty container in our bag and call it good. As the lady handed me my bag and I drove off she laughed as well. Terrible service, bunch of child like adults working there also. Would not recommend coming to this location.

I stop at this taco bell all the time and every single one of staff have been amazing…. then TODAY, a female working drive through(receipt says Victoria) just nasty rude… huni yall only been open for 1.5hr try being nice your day will go better…. when a customer asks you about the total considering I know what I pay every visit, and total at menu/speaker was 3.00 different than what you asked for at the window. Anyone is going to ask …. just be nice and explain whatever you need to. no need to be rude and ignorant… I hope you get whatever you need to trash your bad attitude, and I hope you have an amazing day huni xoxo

I bought food for 3 people. It was very affordable. I normally do not go to taco bell so maybe I’m missing something. I had the crunch wrap Supreme and was hoping it was better. I never had it before; so maybe it’s actually normal? I know most foods do not match what’s advertised but I think I’ll pass next time and get a basic soft taco.. See pics. Hardly any meat, cheese or sour cream and tons of tomato.
