Tacos not tacos there shells with some cheese . Told I’d have a 3 minute wait for poppers and 20 minutes later still waiting. In this time tacos were made before chicken and they were mush. The workers and manager a rude and they had no customers. Then get in line to pay and they said they had no change to break my bill I had to go get change and come back and chicken still not ready another 10 minutes. Smh This is the Milford Delaware KFC Taco Bell shameful do not recommend.

Placed an order for Taco Supreme -seriously had nothing in it , my Pepsi was a diet which isn’t what I ordered—& they were not busy, this place is just awful, keep trying to give the benefit but I am done. Everytime, a problem whether it’s, “we are out of it” or just don’t pay attention.

I am not sure that they deserve all the bad reviews that they have gotten at this location; my order was good here. I order vegetarian and they didn’t mess up, so that’s a big plus in my book as I have had a lot of mistakes made in the past at Taco Bells for vegetarian food. If I come again and have a bad experience, I will probably update this review, but so far, it seems like a perfectly fine Taco Bell other than it’s combined with a KFC. Staff were very nice too.

Very ghetto service. Before I came into the restaurant today (5/18/23 around 2:30 pm) there were two employees at the front door yelling across the parking lot to a friend or something. I had to ask them to excuse me so I can get in. I got in and they took a few minutes to finish what ever they were doing outside to take my order. Manager seemed clueless to their behavior.

Went through drive thru and wanted to add a hard taco after I placed my order. Was told I had to come in to place that order and they gave me the drive thru order. I checked order and they where short 2 soft tacos so I had to go in to fix order and order a hard shell taco. Then they gave me 3 soft tacos and no hard taco. When I questioned the hard taco someone in the back was like we are not here to give away free tacos. Then someone comes up and wants my reciept. No problem. Then they say I didn’t order a hard taco I ordered a soft taco. I informed them I asked for a hard taco and it is not my fault the cashier don’t know what they r doing. Definitely not gonna go here again.

This place needs to be shut down asap. We have tried to visit this Taco Bell/KFC location in Camden several times in the past month and we’re overly disappointed. First off the place looks like it is shut down due to the empty parking lot and the tall grass and weeds overgrown. It literally looked abandoned. Then they have taken down all but 1 drive thru menu board and they’re were like papers taped covering half the menu with items they were out of. Then when the cashier comes on speaker she rattles another long list of items they were out of including all of Taco Bell I believe she said. So we asked for a few KFC items like a pot pie and chicken tenders and they were out of those as well. The other times we have visited they have either been out of or there would be at least 20 minute wait for everything we tried to order. So we have just given up and wait and get these items at other locations. At this point they either need to completely retrain all their employees or hire all new ones or just plain shut down because they are giving these franchises a really bad reputation. It’s a shame.

The most ghetto taco bell I’ve been to. Two workers in the front door yelling at someone across the parking lot. They took their sweet time to come back in to get my order. They just kept yelling ( talking to each other loudly). The manager on site seemed to be helpless. They seem to be able to just walk all over her. I’ve been on the food business for many years, and this was a sad to see.

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes and no one answered. A car in front of me pulled out of line for the same reason, others ended up going inside. I ended up ordering at the window. I did ask and was advised that the speaker was working. Jeffrey was apologetic, he was also covering the front counter as well as the drive thru, he was not wearing a headset though. I placed my order and the receipt shows 6:21pm, I didn’t get my order until 6:38pm. It was 6:02pm when I entered the drive thru. I did see the manager strolling around inside with the headset on but she seemed not to be doing anything.

When Food is good I will say it’s good when service is good I will say it is good I ordered a power steak Bowl extra meat the rice was mushy and horrible I ordered my son a soft taco with sour cream lettuce and only ground beef they gave him cheese which he’s allergic to after I clearly restated my order and they restated my order twice since I added something else on to it. I won’t be going back here the rice is horrible it’s like water cream of wheat or oatmeal I don’t usually leave bad feedback but this is above and beyond horrible and the customer service only one person including two managers are nice there everyone else has the worst attitude in the world mr. Joe and the other manager Bo is wonderful and one other person I believe her name started with a c and she wears a red shirt otherwise to hell with that store

Im a door dasher, so am in here often, and service is terrible, slow, and very unproffessional. Its dirty in there, no one jumps to serve the customers, and orders take forever.
