I think the place was empty for a reason. I ordered an Ice Coffee and taste of just cream and water with no hint of coffee. My mother wanted the Brisk Mango, but it came out like yellow water, obviously the syrup pack had not been checked. Then they did not give us the jalapenos we ordered on my mother’s nachos. When I told them they gave us very few as if they were being bothered. Although we were the only ones there around lunchtime. Also I must say I do not eat fast food but maybe three times a year. But never had and experience like this, not since sonic a year ago.

Ordered online for pickup to save time only to find out that the items were not ready due to their policy being they only make it when you are there. Pickup choices are in store or wait in the same drive through lane as anyone going through the drive through? So what’s the point of online ordering.

THEY’RE SLOW!!!! I arrived about 15 mins after placing my mobile order, yet, I still sat in drive-thru for minutes, only to be told to move to the parking lot and they would bring my food out. This is ridiculous! It will be a long time before I return to this location again. (Harrington,Delaware) Also, I asked for 2 hot sauce and 2 mild sauces. I received over 30 packets combined. Some filled my breakfast box, and I was handed a bag of sauces as well. I don’t know if they were trying to be funny or actually giving me a ridiculous amount of sauces. This restaurant needs to do better.

The Harrington Taco Bell is hands down the best location around! Live closer to Camden and Dover but will make the drive to Harrington because the food is 100x better and the staff is so friendly! Last time I went, I went through the drive through and I dropped my card out my window and I was backing up to get out and get it and the gentleman at the window, climbed out of the window and it got it. They’d never do that at the Camden Location!! Order is always correct
