Service has gone downhill at this Taco Bell. I ordered ahead of time for in-store pickup and arrived 5 minutes after that time, expecting my food to be ready. But they had not even started it. They gave me my drink cups and said it would be a while, and they weren’t kidding. It took 16 additional minutes to get my food! When I asked why it didn’t seem to matter that I put a pickup time on my food, they told me something like “Our manager times the drive-thru orders and rates our performance with that, so that is the most important thing for us.”. Now I understand the importance of getting cars through the line, but it can’t be totally at the expense of dine in customers. It was ridiculous. And to make matters worse they were out of all flavors of Mt. Dew. They need to do better here.

Visited 3 different times across 3 different weeks over the course of about a month, and all 3 times, both drinks were missing from my order, and all 3 times there was either an order immediately before or immediately after that didn’t need specifically request their drinks after receiving their food.

Went there at around 4:30. There were 4 cars in the parking lot. Was told at drive thru that I would need to come inside, they were too busy to take orders. What?!?! He got the desired response because I left. When I was there a few months ago, the guy working the drive thru had a satanic shirt on. I’m done.

They were playing some heavy music loud in the back, it took over 20 minutes to get our food. We were the only people in the the store. When we finally got our food we were told they were busy and “couldnt help it” . Also the language that was used and the discussions behind the counter were absolutely innapropritate. I had a toddler with me, and I will make sure I let everyone know the disrespect and complete lack of customer service you can expect when going here. ALSO, it didn’t matter that they were busy to the friends that came in and ordered food. They got it pretty quickly.

Horrible place…There is no more customer service anymore!!! You have to now order through a damn computer!!! Whatever happened to speak to a person one on one!!! Atmosphere sucks!!! The workers are cursing in front of the customers!! Definitely not a good look for this resturant!!! Customer Service Sucks!!! Would definitely not recommend!!! And you guys want 15 plus dollars an hour!!! For doing what????

I gotta give it to this Taco Bell… the food is ALWAYS hot, and fresh, and the service is impeccable. Every time I go here the e molotes are extremely friendly, and helpful! And when I say friendly I mean like above and beyond! Keep being awesome guys!

We decided on Taco Bell after my boyfriend got home from work. This is how they gave us our tacos. We called and thankfully the manager offered us two fresh ones that actually have meat but I was very angry to say the least, it’s one thing to not be a full full taco but it’s another for them to look like this.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a cheesy Gordita crunch. What I got was a cheese quesadilla with about 3 pieces of chicken but they decided to add some lettuce and tomato and 3 pieces of chicken in the Gordita crunch. This is the worst I have ever had from there and do not plan on returning to this location.
