I had a positive experience dining here with my family. We ordered both Taco Bell and KFC items, and all the food was prepared well. The restaurant was clean. There were two ladies who were very friendly and kind. I believe they were both managers. When I dropped one of my Cinnabon Delights on the floor, they replaced it for me. The way they spoke with us and invited us to come back again was just not what you’d typically expect at a fast food restaurant. It was nice. They seem like they foster a pleasant work environment for the employees and make the customers feel welcome.

Only 2 people working at lunch on a Saturday! It took forever to get our food. Cars were leaving when they got tired of waiting. The 2 ladies were both very nice but you could see they were frustrated. They apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. Everyone else was yelling at them. To the owner: hire more employees! The amount of business you’re losing would more than pay the additional help.

This place needs some help. The cleanliness of the food assembly area looked terrible as well as the drain from the fountain soda machine. I noticed because I had a long wait for a simple order and I had a good look around. If what I can see is not good, I can imagine what I can’t see.

Outstanding takeout. Best Taco Bell in County. Ive been to them all. Will make items precisely as ordered. With care. People at window….A1 Simply cannot understand reviewers giving these young people poor reviews….these kids do a super job with what they have to work with. As a KFC they are 5 stars

This place is a literal nightmare. I ordered 4 things and they apparently can only count to 2 here. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and was given a paper-thin absolute joke, no chicken, no sauce, and I think they put like 5 shreds of cheese in it. I come back to get my money back and the managers (one of them a woman named Jamie, the other one a guy with rotted teeth who I did not catch his name) actually wanna fight with me for not physically bringing the item back (that I threw in the trash) and claimed it was “policy” (first time hearing that one.) All over a $5 quesadilla. The treatment of customers is disgusting, the quality of the food is disgusting, the workers are miserable (look at all the other reviews for this place)… Enough said.

We gave this location a chance even though it had 2.5 stars. Unfortunately it lived up to its ratings. Most of the employees were not the friendliest. Some of our food was made poorly. Coming from a customer service focused environment for many years I know the value of good service. I do hope that the owner sees this and helps change things here as the restaurant is a nice looking location.

Got crunchwrap Supreme. Mostly just salad items. Not much beef. The soft taco that it came with was a mess and falling apart. Definitely not filling. Was hungry a few hrs later. Taste was eh

Stopped here while traveling despite the 2 star reviews and it was excellent. Everything was glistening clean and the manager stopped at every table and asked how things were and was complimenting their staff and being extremely friendly to all. New management? Excellent job

Went there for the first time and the staff were very nice and helpful. They did forget my KFC order. I called and the manager apologized for the mistake and gave me a cake for the confusion. Went there a second time and they gave me everything in my order. Thank you to the manager and staff. Keep the positive attitude.
