Cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. Great staff. the one guy came out with my food and gave it to me. Did I mention how clean it was? I was visiting family and sat and had some tacos and read my kindle. Very nice place.

I went through the drive through for a gift card and was told I had to come in. While I was parking, the manager, Eric Smith, came out and told me I didn’t have to come in, that he would get me the gift card. But I went in anyway so he wouldn’t have to come out again. When I went in the place looked immaculate! It could not have been cleaner. The manager was so nice. The nicest Taco Bell I know of!

Comically small portions of meat. There was more lettuce than meat in my cheesy gordita crunch, and there was also barely any lettuce. It seemed like the employee who prepared my food either was just messing with me seeing how little meat they could put on, or the management instructs employees to put as little meat as possible. I would have tried to get new food but it was ordered through Uber Eats so there wasn’t anything I could do about it by the time it got to me

We ordered takeout via the mobile app and when we got home and opened the food, my vegetarian tacos were made with beef instead of beans! I called to say what happened and the manager, Eric, was very polite, apologetic, and happy to remake my food free of charge. Even though we had to drive back to pick it up, it was worth it for the yummy cravings lol. The manager also brought it out to our car. Thanks!

Never order more than 3 different things in the drive thru or there’s a 90% chance its going to be screwed up. Got some free taco coupons for a completely wrong order. Thought that was nice until I realized they were 7 months expired.

This used to be a Burger King that’s closed due to terrible service. This Taco Bell is just as bad. Workers are due, they get your order wrong and the food is cold. I do not recommend this this location at all.

Screws up my order half the time I go. Last time (about a year ago), I ordered a party pack all supreme and all were regular. I went back to the location with my receipt and was told to contact corporate. I sent a few emails which went unanswered. Today, as I rarely eat fast food (Taco Bell was my kids birthday dinner request) and ordered items were not in the bag. Taco Bell owes me about $20.

Ordered on-line and drove over to pick up at drive thru. The speaker system sounded like someone gargling acid and I am hearing impaired. They had a sign that said if you have hearing issues drive around to the window and they will take your order. I drove around and got a rash of s#^t from the person for not using the speaker box. I told her I am hearing impaired and could not understand the box… she copped an attitude. First time here…last time here.

This Taco bell is a strait up dumpster fire. I’ve never been to a place where I see more smoke breaks than work being done. The sad part is I see more adults working there than kids, and this place is still a total failure. I don’t know what is worse, the fact they don’t know how to read the food screens or the negligence to not give you what you ordered. The total combined IQ at this place is comparable to their bean burrito. This is hands down the worst taco bell around. New doesn’t mean good
