Staff was lazy and slow, one of the cooks wiped their noses with their gloves still on and continued to work. A woman in line was upset and asked for a refund and the male manager was disrespectful to her and gave her a hard time for the refund. While I stood in line after ordering my food and asking for my drink had to wait 15 minutes for just my drink. Over a 20 minute wait just to get my food. Would not recommend coming to this taco bell.

After a rough night at work I didn’t want to cook so I ordered a wide variety of tacos to take home for teenage boys.After a small mix up this team was on their A game I said to my other half since were going to be here a bit can I get a drink they refused to charge me for it which honestly was very nice of them they kept apologizing honestly things happen I wasn’t worried nor upset because as a manager myself I know things happen! I give this restaurant an A+ and I’m sure I’ll be back next week to get my nachos haha it’s my payday treat to myself Thank you all for being so kind last night see you again soon! Seriously tho try their nachos they’re amazing!!!

Messed up my order, then proceeded to argue with me over the phone telling me that i ordered something differently, but on the receipt says what i actually wanted. I got no refund, and couldn’t even get what i actually wanted. Im not even one to do this kind of stuff; but the manager there is horrible, cursing at me on the phone, worse taco bell i ever went to.
