The staff was nice & friendly enough to help me order an item that was not on the digital touch-screen kiosk. Everything was organized: sauce, lids, dining room, (there is even a covered outdoor eating area). The food was incredible (what Iike about Taco Bell is that they always have something *NEW* & *AFFORDABLE* going on in a cardboard box, meals that are *ADVERTISED* in a way that looks fun, exciting, & tasty)! This is pretty much a new location which is exciting. I see a bright future on 4th Street in Allentown! If one really wanted to nitpick, there is a hinge in the mens bathroom (more specifically the stall) that looks like it needs adjustment or replacement (I guess this information pertains to those with a more meticilous attention to detail) either way, it doesn’t affect the quality of the restaurant itself.

Normally, my go-to Taco Bell in Allentown, but today’s order was slapdash. While the burrito and soda were fine, the taco was cold with all the sour cream on one side only. The nachos were topped nicely but had so many tiny broken chips.

The gentleman that was working is very nice and friendly however I had to wait over 20 min for my breakfast order and this is not the first time.

First of all, they couldn’t find my my order so we had to go into the store instead of picking up through drive through. Second, my crunch wrap was an absolute mess. It wasn’t folded right and the whole thing was falling apart and everything fell out with the first bite. My chicken quesadilla tasted pretty good but there were maybe 4 pieces of chicken in the entire thing, it was completely flat.

08/16/2023 Update – DON’T COME HERE!! Service has dropped to one star. Ordered online on the Taco Bell app, waited in the drive thru, one car in front of me. Got to the window, was told to park in front and they would bring it to me. 16 minutes later, I’m still waiting. For 4 items off the cravings menu. Had to go in after 25 minutes. NO EXCUSE GIVEN!! If I could give service 0 stars I would. Previous review – As it is new, it seems that the burritos are larger here.

I last visited a recently opened store. It took longer than expected for my order, but not to the point where I needed to say anything. The cashier saw that I was talking with my children and may have thought I was saying something about the wait time to them. She soon gave us 4 vouchers for a free taco with purchase for next trips. It wasn’t necessary, yet it was a nice gesture.

Taco Bell is the alpha and omega of fast food. I’m a vegetarian and order regular options with rice as a substitute and they always get it right. Staff is always friendly.

If I could give a zero I would. When this location first opened, they were great. We were told they were only taking mobile orders even though they were fully staffed. While we waited 20 minutes in drive thru for our order of 4 tacos, they left the window open and complained about a $130 mobile order and deliberately canceled the order. Where are the people that actually want to work? Terrible service. I’d rather go to the one on lehigh st and that one isn’t that great either.

Have gone here a few times with no issue but this last time was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for no cheese and sour cream as I am dairy sensitive and they put all of that on my order. Not to mention the person taking my order had a nasty attitude. Im so disappointed.

I’m assuming everyone from Lehigh street was moved over to this location. I do No recommend this particular Taco Bell just as I didn’t recommend Lehigh street. The order was wrong and there was literally no meat in any of of items. It was like eating a cheesy Gordita crunch with all bread and taco shell. Drive to Krocs road because it’s the only competent Taco Bell in the area.
