This one is newer to the area and has the all new ordering kiosks, which I find easy to use and they have like 4 of them. Plus I do believe you can still order at the register. The facility was very clean and presentable when I was in there, that should be expected but not always accomplished at places.

Came here at 9:20pm on a weeknight. I never go to Taco Bell. I was in the drive through. They said I couldn’t take my time to order. They said they get timed. They got into an argument with me over the drive thru computer saying I was taking more than 30 seconds to order. They said I was there too long ever though There were no cars in the drive thru. They were very rude. I’ve never experienced service like that. I just left. Why would I support this business. A literal argument like I’m just supposed to know what I want because they get timed when no one is there. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never go again and those ladies should be fired treating people like that.

This is the nicest taco bell I have ever been to. It seems like it is brand new. They have order screens instead of cashiers which I LOVE. And the order screens are awesome and very customizable. Easy on off and the employees are super friendly.

Asked for fresh chalupas and was told it was against policy around the entire company to make them fresh. The one employee decided she was going to argue with my other half about it and proceeded to tell me how they are “number 20” in the company and yet they want to serve old food. After debating with me for a few minutes I only ordered for myself. Food was not fresh or very hot. The one young lady was frustrated but patient while the other one that debated with my other half proceeded to go back and talk very loudly complaining about us. So company policy states you can’t make fresh chalupa’s yet an employee is walking around with ear buds in and couldn’t even answer a question because he couldn’t hear us. Guess that is allowed per company policy though. Again food wasn’t worth the stop at 945pm due to quality and customer service experience.

Food was fresh. Tacos were hot. Ordered the chipotle cheese chalupa and box of soft shell tacos. Asked for a lot of hot sauce packs to go with the soft shell pack and they gave us plenty of sauces which sometimes I have to ask for more because there are a box of tacos and we usually use more than 5 or 6 packs of hot sauce lol I use 2 packs on one chalupa lol we like hot sauce lol

Fifth time I’ve ordered there, no matter what, it’s still just refried bean mush, no lettuce, tomatoes, meat, guac. My daughter and I ordered 5 layer burritos and burrito supremes last night, both were tortillas meagerly filled with bean mash. And if you don’t rattle off your order fast enough the attendants are very rude. Was super thrilled our town got a Taco Bell, but I won’t be going there any more, not when it’s just bean mash burritos and you have to speed order or get rude backlash from attendants who seem to be waiting for an excuse to be rude to the customers. Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, hopefully they come back around

We don’t go to any other Taco Bell now because the food is better at this location and the staff is Pleasant and on the ball. We have never had an issue with any order placed here.
