Customer service here is top-notch! The food is always cooked well for a fast food joint. The atmosphere is fresh and has the new taco bell vibe Really decent people make the business for sure! If I could give you 0 stars I would. You constantly mess my order up. Last time you did the manager took my name down and it was recorded which items you messed up. Now all of a sudden you won’t honor your mess up on my 2 tacos. Then I order tonight my potatoes have sour cream when it clearly says no sour cream, my nachos that I paid extra for everything had nothing on it. Then want to tell me I’m not allowed there anymore because i said I wanted your name since you’re the manager there and said I was going to be in the morning to talk to you since your employees cannot read a screen right or get my order right. I have pics of my orders and the receipts. I work in fast food and I’m understanding about mistakes but instead of honoring my remake that was marked down since that manager no longer works there you can’t do it and still mess my order up! Then won’t refund me my money that I paid for this so called food. And mind you it only has been 2 weeks if that since I was honored it. I know how guest track works, I do it for a living also. And never have I talked to a customer that pays over $50 on every order the way you have talked to me and my family tonight!

We have gone here a few times and haven’t been disappointed either time. The person running the window spoke to us politely and was super nice to us. Our wait was not to long and our order was correct and it was still hot when we got home to eat it.

While I like the new location! And the people are great, they need to revamp how to actually make the food! I swear everytime we order there’s barley any Meat on the tacos or Quesadillas it’s basically everything else except meat. And the food isn’t cheap. For a family of 5 our order costs over $50 bucks … so add more meat please I know I’m not the only person!!!!

I asked about getting my food that a manager gave me permission to come back and get because they messed it up and because she got fired we couldn’t get our food and they said I’m not aloud to order their anymore or come in the restaurant all because they messed my food up ….this is the worst customer service ever not to mention employee refused to give me his name to give to corporate or his superior , they stated it’s their store and they can do what they want and if they chose to not let someone come back they have that choice , I didn’t do anything not to come back and eat so you can’t physically stop me from coming and eating all because I asked for a refund and then got hung up on, then called back and they just sit on the line and breathe and don’t answer , the management is childish and don’t know how to run a business and needs to be more respectful and know business and customer rights because they can’t stop me from eating their all because I asked for my refund
