Not a fantastic location for Taco Bell. The staff have always been friendly and polite. The quality of the food has been inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes BAD. I get it, fast food restaurants are struggling to keep employees. I ordered the soft tacos supreme and they were disappointing. Overly sauced and the lettuce very wilted and fairly gross. I have had good food there before, so I will have to come back in a few months to check them out again.

I ordered $14.37 worth of food for my grandson & daughter. I didn’t get my 2 beef crunchy tacos that cost me $3.78. Which means she didn’t get the lunch she ordered. Cashier name on receipt, Kayci I. I worked in retail, and was taught to always double check your orders. It should not be the customers’ responsibility to double check their order to see if the employee got it correct. Poor service, with a dry attitude. Management needs to address this type of error. I will say this is the 1st complaint I’ve had at this Scalp Avenue location after many purchases. Usually everything is spot on and with friendly service with a smile.

Floor dirty with food, boyfriend was there for door dash order was waiting at least a half hour before they acknowledged him about the order then he had to repeat himself twice and lady coped an attitude and was screaming and ranting about him in the back and then just started our door dash order that we didnt get till 3 minutes before it’s deliver by time!!

This was the worst that I have ever experienced. They only had three people working, we waited over a half an hour for food and then just got a refund which the manager (Carol V) tried to say that she would not do. They ended up making the food before we got the refund. Door dash drivers were waiting as well. Drive thru got their food quickly but no one in the dining room did. They messed up orders and you could tell they did not want to remake anything. Overall the staff was not trained well and taking direction from poorly led management. If I could give zero stars I would.

Started out well at first. Cashier was friendly and Courteous. Then they forgot about our order. For 25 minutes. No big order a number 6 and a breakfast burrito. All while either the area coach or general manager sat directly betting us. When she clearly hear me say it’s been 15 no or 20 min no order. That 5 people in drive thru got there food. So 2 customers get there for before me. I then proceeded to go to the counter and explain how is crazy I been here for 25 minutes and have got my food. You think that the coach/gm would come and apologize no she don’t. She having a good Ole time with an employee. Also crazy thing was me and another customer have hair in our food… all in say it’s same higher up manager didn’t have a hat going to and from the kitchen. So if the bosses aren’t worried about their hair why would the workers be also.
