Every time I come here the workers are nice but the quality of food is horrible. I recently ordered 4 potato soft tacos and waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and there was literally 4 pieces of shredded lettuce, 3 potatoes, and almost no cheese or sauce. It was basically just a soft taco shell! So I asked for them to be re made and waited another 20 minutes. Wont be returning I prefer the new ken location this one is just way closer to me.

The TROLL
I stopped here to buy 3 tacos only to discover my supreme taco had only meat & cheese on it. Apparently, they had run out of lettuce & when asked about it the counter person told me they had run out of lettuce & they were supposed to notify customers. Well, I wasn’t notified & was upcharged for the taco supreme option even though I hadn’t even received a basic taco.

Had to wait 10 minutes to put an order in even when the place was empty. Then continued to wait another ten minutes to hear someone in the back say we’re starting the dine in order now. Normally I wouldn’t be too angry but I was with my wife and kid so the immense wait was unrealistic especially for an empty restaurant, and since it happened a few times before I was already mad. When I heard them say they start the order I flagged them down to tell them they can just cancel it and give a refund. The kid from the back decided to come out and give me attitude for asking for a refund for food that wasn’t even made yet. I fired back, I shouldn’t have but I was very frustrated. The general manager came out tried to shut the kid up and issued me a refund. I think she understands her restaurant has an issue with dine in and register. It seems it isn’t priority to care for dine in customers, and thats ok to do that, but to completely neglect dining room customers is outrageous. Not to mention the tables are always filthy along with the floor. Zero stars, lucky I didn’t write corporate.

This is probably the worst taco beĺl I’ve been to. We were excited when it opened to have one close to us, but it’s been a huge disappointment. I finally returned recently after months of avoiding the place. But once again, our order was wrong, missing one item but with 3 soft tacos we didn’t order. Also, in packing the order, they put a Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag, causing the lid to come down and smash the food. My wife found something that seemed non-food in that same pizza.

Had to throw the good review here. People aren’t going to taco bell for a five star dining experience… But I can say this is the best taco bell food wise around. Closest one to making em look like the commercials.

we decided to come inside because the drive thru was seven cars long. we waited around for 10 minutes before deciding to to order ourselves on the screens. it took about 7 minutes before i had to ask for cups, for the second time. (i asked when we placed the order & a man looked at me & ignored me) we waited another 25 minutes for our food. which is outrageous for the three tacos i purchased. business is so slow. the place is so dirty! every table is dirty & there is trash on the floor by the trash cans. & lastly, the workers have a very rude attitude.

Very poor example of tex/mex food. Very slow for ‘fast’ food. Brand New ’70s shiny repeating pattern wallpaper on the walls and some kind of new age, space jazz for ambience. None of these things belong together.

Terrible. Don’t come here for a fast experience. No I didn’t come thru a drive thru to be told to go around and wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes everything I order the smallest order.
