Site says open till 1 am, on store/drive-thru/carry out. Walked a mile from my parking location and was told walk ups ended at 8. Thankfully one of the cooler employees helped me out and took my order anyway.

If there was a way to give no stars I would. We were just in waiting to place our oder. We were told that someone would be right with us to get our order. Meanwhile two other people come behind and order at the kiosk. We did not order there due to the fact we were going to use cash. The lady at drive-thru truns to us and tells us the use the kiosk to oder. They were not very busy and there was no one in drive-thru. We walked out and will not be back again.

Quick service and they got my complicated order correct and didn’t even question me. I usually order items without the tortilla and in a bowl. Nearly every TB questions my order, makes it without some of the toppings (yes, it’s true, just because it’s in a bowl doesn’t mean I don’t want the sauce) or just makes it straight up in a tortilla.

After waiting over 15 minutes for our order, we inquired about it. Was told someone must have cleared it and received it 5 minutes later with no apology or explanation. 20 minutes for fast food is excessive when it’s not busy. Food prepared up to par for the chain.

I was in large vehicle. The site said the store closed at 1am. The lobby was closed and no one was in the drive through. Called and asked if could pickup and was told no. Your site should say drive through only till 1am.

I am not happy. I just got my meal and it took longer than it should have. There was a hole in my cup and I now have sticky stuff all through my cup holders and all over me. Better yet, I have no napkins to help me clean this up. I will not be back any time soon. I am very disappointed.
