The service is always cool the the staff don’t know how to follow directions like there no reason I order a chicken chalupa with extra rice and nacho cheese and I receive a beef chalupa with rice and no nacho cheese like it’s annoying! Do better and pay better attention to the orders

This is the worst Taco bell I’ve been to thus far. I placed a mobile order on the app and I was told in drive thru that I had to come in and pick up the order. Once inside I waited at least 10 minutes for my order to be completed. I even went to getgo and came back and it still wasn’t ready. The whole one side of the food prep area was empty. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing problem, but this is ridiculous.

Just had just about the worst fast food experience ever, missing items from order and when I went and got them the chips were bitter and rancid. The burritos were falling apart and the Tortilla wasn’t cooked through. The service was great though which is redeeming but this location needs to pay their workers more to get better quality product.

Bad managers. Consistently. Drive thru Menu not ever flipped around, shows either breakfast all day or out of date menu items. Consistently out of soft drinks, also staff seems to think that Baja blast is Diet Mt. Dew. I can assure you that they are not the same. Do not lie to me.

Placed an order on DoorDash, went to pick it up. There were about 6 cars in the drive thru and took about 10 minutes per car. I was at the window finally after spending an hour and the employees just suddenly went missing. DoorDash couldn’t reach them by phone, nor could I. Absolute lack of management and service (and basic respect!). There were 3 cars behind me and none of us got informed that the drive thru was closed. I wouldn’t wish this situation upon anyone, we all deserve better. I wouldn’t ever go back (even if they started serving for free).

This place is like all the rest of the fast food places. The only thing you get on your food you order is lettuce and cheese no fn meat what so ever prices go up and food quality went way way down. Do yourself a favor, and don’t waste your money on a shell full of garden products. This place is a sick joke, plus the workers are just as horrible as the food. Just a warning stay far away from this joke of an establishment it’s a total waste of money inevery way !!!!!!!!

not one to leave bad reviews but my recent order was so bad. Ordered on doordash. the only things they got right were the fries and drinks. they didn’t make three of the burritos. i’m a vegetarian and i ordered a fiesta veg burrito. the burrito they made me had beef on it so i couldn’t eat. spent $40. not worth it :((( the dasher was great though!!

Ordinarily I don’t write reviews but this tacobell has frustrated me on more than one account. The staff are nice and I constantly see them working, but for some reason wait time is always huge. I can always expect to wait AT LEAST 30min before I get my order, no matter what the order is. Even two soft tacos take 30min. Drive thru is always closed too, even for mobile pick up orders. My guess is that this Taco Bell is heavily understaffed for the business that it gets. Again, staff are always courteous and hardworking, and the food always comes out fine so it’s hard to blame them. Nonetheless, very frustrating tacobell
