This last time, I ordered the crave box…the chalupa shell was over fried and brittle, the Doritos taco didn’t have the holder, the beefy burrito was all beans and the nacho fries were over cooked. This location is normally the best in town. Not anymore

Placed 2 separate online orders on the taco bell app at 9pm. Went to the Duquesne Taco Bell drive-thru to pick up our orders..was told we would have to wait over 20 minutes as they didn’t have any meat and had to make it. We canceled both orders and went elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

This location must have been low on taco meat the day we came. We ordered hard tacos and the Grande beef nachos,supposedly with double the meat. We left the drive-thru and immediately parked in their lot, cuz you have to eat Taco Bell food when it’s hot. The tacos we ordered had fresh ingredients, however the shell was already broke and they served this little bit of meat all clumped in the middle of the taco shell, and my Grande beef nacho was sloppily prepared, had more refried beans then double the meat like they promised!

They are still finding their way being newly opened. It was kinda busy because the self-service kiosks didn’t seem to be working for everyone. However, the staff was friendly and my order was out quick. It’s a small Taco Bell, but great to have in this area.

Food is warm and decent, usually. They are often out of something or another, could be beef, could be potatoes, or something else. Wouldn’t go during breakfast or lunch, the daytime staff don’t like being bothered by having customers.
