Save yourself time and just drive to one of the Henrietta locations. Hard to believe how consistently bad the service is at this location. Got stuck in the drive thru again tonight for over 25 minutes before the car ahead of me gave up and drove off, finally allowing me to do the same. I had put in a mobile order and attempted to go inside, only to see the staff had closed the dining room early. Several people were standing around the front counter chatting.

If I could put zero stars I would. This location is an absolute nightmare. No matter what time of day I have gone to this location the wait time is at least a half hour and often longer. Also it’s hit or miss if the order will even be correct. If you want “fast food” pass on this place.

Honestly so fed up with this Taco Bell. In the first months after it opened, 90% of orders were wrong. That finally improved but now the speed of the restaurant is so bad I don’t even want to go anymore. This has been going on for MONTHS and hasn’t improved. Every time we go, we wait in the drive thru for minimum 30 minutes. Every time we go, people end up squeezing past or driving over the curb to give up and escape the line. It takes 5-10 minutes PER CAR. Today I watched the same car sit at the window for 12 min. After that car finally pulled away, the car at the order location was still sitting there for 5 more minutes.

Went in and ordered 3 of the box meals. None of them were in boxes. Everything was just thrown into large bags. We were missing nachos and cheese from every “box meal”. Cheesy Fiesta potatoes were also missing. We went in to complain and get our missing items and it was a giant mess inside and workers were very unprofessional. I will not be back to this location!

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they mess up our order BAD. They lock the doors at 8 so we can’t get in to talk to them about it. Then we proceed to sit in line for over 45 minutes. IN THE DRIVE THRU. They are only taking one order at a time and taking 20 minutes to fill it. This is not okay. Nobody should be sitting here for this long.

Apparently this is the Taco Bell that wants to be rude to Delivery folks. I hadn’t eaten all day I was the only one in the drive thru no one was even in the parking lot. I told Breonna the name to my delivery then told her I wanted to place an order for myself. She told me that it was against the policy and couldn’t do that for me . Then I told her I could get out of the car and place my order after my driver drove up to the window and she refused again. Of course this is completely illogical. As I got up to the window I asked her her name. Breonna and a sassy miserable looking woman appeared behind her offering more attitude as Breonna of course became elevated and started raising her voice repeatedly getting louder each time “why does everyone have to be so rude to me?!” Getting louder each time. I am now upset disappointed disgusted and dreadfully dissatisfied with this establishments customer service skills. I’m starving and completely confused because Taco Bell typically leaves me fat and happy however that couldn’t be further from the truth tonight. Smh

Tried to get food last night, but the drive thru was closed at 10PM, and the lobby was also closed. It says the store closes at 1AM, but closed three hours early? Been noticing this for the past couple of weeks when I get out of work late, or try to get food from them late at night. Im assuming this happend due to the line stretching across the parking lot for a month or so. The orders are usually correct when I order from them, but when the drive thru is actually open, it takes almost forty five minutes to completely get through a line of four to five cars, as they spend almost ten minutes per car/order. They only let two cars through to the window at a time, and make the rest wait an ungodly amount of time for “fast food”. Also, going inside to the lobby doesn’t help things either. You could be the only customer inside the store, and it’ll still take twenty minutes to get an order in, and then another twenty to finally get the food.

I come here at least twice a week and the staff is great and kind but the drive thru is terrible, I waited a hour to order my food and another 20 mins before I got my food!! They leave you at the speaker for a good 10 mins before someone takes your order and it’s so disappointing because I try to give them chances but it’s the same results over and over again! Not to mention a few weeks ago I placed a mobile order only for them to tell me they were closed because of staffing and never got my money refunded…the owner needs to get this place in shape!!
