This is my local Taco Bell and when it first opened it was AMAZING! Food was always fresh and the staff was extremely friendly. I’ve noticed in the past few months that it has rapidly declined and almost every time I order from there, my order is messed up. In the past month alone I have had at least 6 bad experiences while ordering from this Taco Bell. I’m vegetarian and on the road a lot so it’s convenient for me to order from here when I need a quick meal, but it’s gotten to the point that I’d rather drive the extra mile up the road to the Taco Bell in Orchard Park. I’m not one to complain or even post a bad review, but it’s simply gotten to the point that I’m concerned with how management is actually running this restaurant.

Whoever was working 8/12/23 at 5:10pm makes the best Mexican pizza i have ever had from a taco bell. The only reason I mark it as a 4 star for food is because I’m not a big fan of soupy sauce but otherwise, A+. Usually my Mexican pizza from transit road is soggy and sad but this location did it so thick and crunchy.

Started coming here because my other location went to a one-star experience. The staff here actually seems to care, and the food is the best I’ve had from TB. Ingredients are fresh, and I actually get all the items I order. If this place was bad I was going to quit TB but now that I can get food that’s decent I don’t mind a bit of a drive. TB, **please** don’t ruin this location by doing whatever you did to the other location further north on Union.

I was in the area and across the street at McDonalds picking up a diet coke when I noticed the Taco Bell across the street. As I’ve had NOTHING but problems with the other Taco Bell location down the street I thought “maybe this is the day I can actually get Taco Bell.” I placed an order on the app and went to pick it up. For one, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted in the drive thru and the person was polite. There was no issue with having a mobile order and when I pulled up to the window I could see inside that there were only a couple workers yet despite that they were working hard and there seemed to be no issue, unlike the other location when there can be half a dozen people and they close the drive thru and still people are waiting 20 minutes for a single meal.

Much better experience than the Taco Bell in Orchard Park. The drive-thru moves at a reasonable rate and the place is never inexplicably closed during normal business hours while staff is hanging around inside. The drive-thru itself is kind of odd, as other reviewers have mentioned. It starts almost immediately as you turn into the parking lot from Ebenezer, so you need to make a sharp right in, and pulling out of the drive-thru requires a sharp left turn because there isn’t much room to round the building by the dumpster. That said, it’s still navigable, but odd nonetheless.

I think this is the best Taco Bell in the area. They did struggle a little bit when they first open almost a year ago. I’ve become a regular here, that’s how good they got. Great job everyone.
