Used to be good but every time I’ve ever ordered a boxed meal everything comes in a bag. When multiple people order boxes and I’m handed a bag filled with unmarked wrapped food items, it’s really difficult to know what’s what. Also, there has never been a time that something hasn’t been missing.

I have gestational diabetes(pregnant) and ordered food here. I waited over 30 minutes for food that they gave to someone else. They refused to remake food because they ran out of beef we asked them to just make it with chicken and they refused. They stated it’s not they’re fault and chicken cost more so they couldn’t just make it with chicken. My sugar dropped low and they said there’s nothing they could do just drink some soda as I was dropping low. We asked for a refundand it took them over 20 minutes to process that. They were rude mean and didn’t care I was breaking down in tears that this could not only drop my sugar but hurt my baby. She stated as we walked put guess well never make a mistake again. I’d recommend avoiding any location owned by this person.

I order $40 worth of food at oswego taco bell. I Ordered three taco supreme combo. Plus Baja blast, ice tea, watermelon frozen drink, gaterade. For my son, he got 3 taco dorito and a nacho Supreme. Number one problem I said I wanted to no meat on my nacho Supreme and they put meat on it. I gave my son his said he thought they tasted funny so he ended up not eating them and throwing them in the garbage. I on the other hand I ended up eating mine but I ended up having severe diarrhea immediately after and I was sick. I’m very upset because I spent a lot of money and that ended up in the garbage I ended up sick.

Just disappointing, I won’t buy the bean burritos anymore as there is more tortilla than beans and i pay . 60 extra for extra beans and still not right.. 7$ for a protein bowl,, chicken was good and flavor good on other stuff, tomatoe chunks were chewy and seemed not fresh,, and portion is just stupid small..

This is the 2nd time this month I’ve ordered a chicken quesadilla from here with little to no chicken when I paid for extra chicken. On top of that the quesadilla wasn’t even cut today. I tried calling a few times and never got through.

Ive been sitting on line in the drive thru for over half an hour. At least twenty of those minutes were after I had already placed my order. This is literally the longest and worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food drive thru.

When coming in at 11:45 pm, working on delivering food that people order, we waited 5 minutes in drive thru and no one said a word. We looked up on google to make sure they were open and it said they are open until 2. We werent the only car waiting for our order to get taken. So working in fast food as well as a shift manager, we pull up to the window when theres a girl being loud with her bags opens the window. Another man who looked like he could be the manager had a headset on and made me wonder why no one could say anything to us in the drive thru. The girl proceeded to say they were closed due to being short staffed when they had 3 hours left… being a manager at a mcdonalds I understand what its like working short staffed but we have worked with 2 people running the store before. When we pulled up to the front we couldn’t believe seeing 5 people inside the building. Is this normal for you guys to close at 11:45 because 5 people isn’t enough to run your store?? I think you guys need to do better.
