I wish you could order in the app for this location! I go regularly and it’s recently just been poor service! Not giving straws extremely long wait times. I had an employee walk away from the window and not return until someone else realized the line formed was super long! They apologized but I definitely think they need to work on customer service!

I have been here so many times and I always go back thinking they would do better. I will honestly say that everytime I eat here, I get food poisoning and this time my 1 year old daughter got it. Their chicken was either very expired or wasn’t cooked all the way. I have spent this whole day sleeping, not being able to eat, and puking, as well as my daughter. My money back would be great but I probably will never order from here ever again! But if you ever wanna turn this place around, give me $70,000+ a year and watch your ratings change. Your quality of food will be better and I will have that place running better than ever. I’d make you look great. Just let me know (;

Among the worst overall Taco Bell locations. The Line took FOREVER, then the order taker was SUPER rude and impatient!!! Food took about 15 minutes to prepare, which is crazy because each item was nearly empty of contents!! Even though we ordered sauce packets at the time we ordered, there were none in the bag!! When I went back for the sauce packets, the rude order taker literally grabbed a handful (probably 50 packets, when I needed 5) of sauce and handed it over without saying a word and walked away… Really disappointing!!!

Out of my 12 tacos, 2 of them were just cold tortillas with nothing in them. My chicken quesadilla had cold chicken. My cheese twists had cold cheese. If they would of thrown it in a microwave for a few minutes it would have been better.

Super slow service. Opposite of fast food. I only got chips and cheese and had to wait at least 10 minutes. Chips were stale, cheese too spicy somehow. Ended up not even eating it.

To know alot about taco bell is to know not of quality Mexican food, but a decent place for super late night drunk tacos, I used to frequent the bell on occasion but rarely do I find myself at the now hybrid Kentucky fried Taco establishment, they have at least doubled there prices in about the last 5 years which placed them further down the list of places to eat, the dollar menu was made for this kind of place, and it’s but a distant memory now as a dollar will get you a side of sour cream, but nothing to put it on.

Tried to go to this location for breakfast and they don’t even open until 10:30 what’s the deal with that? And so then I went for lunch and after I ordered inside (mind you there’s no one else in line ordering) I wait there for 10 minutes until I finally ask where my food is and I find out they forgot about me and gave my food away to someone else. I’m literally the only person inside waiting this should not have been difficult

If you are looking for passion, charisma, and a caring crew, well, you may want to drive by and look elsewhere. And slow is being generous, stood in building 15 minutes waiting for my order. Seems they care about the drive thru more than the ones standing there. And the girl who finally gave me my order was rude and short with me.
