I have been coming to this taco bell for years and today it was really busy waited on line.Just to open my Chalupa and find a plastic cover. I understand it’s busy but employees should just be careful and should notice what they put in a taco.One would think they would see it and they just left it.It’s a big plastic cover and it is noticeable.

Like the food. I like that I could customize my Mexican pizza with extra beef etc. Wish they served seltzer. I don’t like being forced to use the self-service ordering system. Also, the dining room is always cold.

I had a bad experience in this place, the attendants were super mocking and pretended not to understand what I said in English. They were ignoring me and the whole time talking in Spanish. But I also speak Spanish so I understood everything they were saying. They were very unwilling to serve me. Sooo bad experience

This is worse Taco Bell. Waited in line for 1/2 hour without moving. Got stuck in the line and couldn’t back out. Had emergency at home and waited in the line for 45 minutes and left without food. Name of the manager was Oscar and was very rude
