I placed an order through mobile app and after waiting for 30 mins for my order at the store half of the items were not available anymore for whatever reason. when I asked for a refund they said I can do it through the app since they don’t know how or couldn’t explain how to cancel it through the app or request a refund. Staff were not helpful and manager or leads were all hiding in the back as there was a line of angry customers

Went there to dine in this saturday at 11pm. Took them 45 min to do our order. Another guy who was there waiting longer than me got into a heated argument with them too. Then we were told that we coudnt eat there because it was too late and the order would be TO GO. Next day we both had stomach pain from that food. Go somewhere else for your food until the figure it out how to run that kitchen.
