My steak power bowl had no steak in it. I mentioned it to the female manager. she inspected the bowl by shaking it, then opened it and spoke over my meal. That was unprofessional and nasty. To hide my disgust I just asked for a refund. The manager ignored me like a child and continued to help others. I politely asked again before calling the cops. Before the cops arrived, I was refunded my measly $6.80… All that for six dollars

Never had a problem. I am visually impaired and one girl always comes out from behind counter to help me enter my order on kiosk. Only problem is with loud teens from high school filling almost all seats and screaming profanity and racial words at each other. Very uncomfortable for other guests who actually buy food
