I’ve been here a few times since they opened. I mainly use the app and pick the order up inside. Every time I’ve gone inside, you have to order through the kiosk. There is no one that takes your order behind the counter unless you go through the drive thru. The limited interaction I’ve had with the staff has always been good. They are polite and friendly. The food is good like your typical taco bell. The place is clean and well maintained. It’s only 9 months old, so hopefully, it stays this way.

30 minute wait, still here, out of half of the menu items. Resturant is not packed, drive through was basically empty, I expected bad food, not the wait for the bad food.

Many items out of stock. My order was incorrect as there were missing items. Barely any sauce given even after I asked, person at the drive thru window seemed annoyed by me asking for sauce. Had a bit of an attitude. The food we actually received was no good/ill pre-pared as we got sick. All in all, 0 out of 10; would not recommend.

Place was super clean and very modern. I did not notice the self order kiosk when I walked in and was standing at the counter like a dolt. Luckily a woman (mgr?) walked in and took pity and my order! 🙂 The food was fresh.

Do not support the Kai Restaurant Group running this location. They operate the location in Carmel, and who knows when the Mohegan location will actually open. If you think the facilities are clean and follow state health code, think again. Management is in constant disarray, employees do what they want, customers get ignored.

I come to this location very often, but as of today I will stop coming here. I ordered a deluxe cravings box which I had before in another location, but in this location I got food poisoning from it. I also saw ants in the soda machine. Will not be coming back.

Been to this location about 5 times since it opened. It’s closer to me than the other Yorktown location and the prices are cheaper. I don’t use the drive-thru but I can see how people would be upset if the order is wrong because it funnels you out to Rte. 202/Crompond Rd. and you can’t make a left turn so you’ll have to turn around to come back and 202 can get pretty crazy.

The Food appears to be fresh. The staff placing drive thru orders need to familiarize themselves in menu items especially those items that are similar in name.

Horrible, I ordered a very big drive thru order. Everything was good until after I received my order. Ask at the window for my receipt, she clearly stated that receipt was in the back. I pulled up a little past the drive thru to check my order cause there was a long line waiting. I noticed items were missing out of my order and also receipt wasn’t in the bag. I immediately went inside to let them now and cause I didn’t have the receipt they refused to give me my missing items. A waste of my time and my money. Next time I will go to the Yorktown location even though it’s a longer distance, it will definitely be well worth it cause at least I know my order will be correct.
